“My sons birthday is today and he requested McDonald's for breakfast, specifically hotcakes. We asked if they could put whip cream on them, and they went above and beyond making his birthday breakfast amazing. Drake and Nei and team were amazing. Will definitely go back to this location.“
“It’s McDonald’s it is what it is. what separates a McDonald’s from another McDonald’s is the service. And even that depends on the shift and who is working where. But this place in the morning has a great drive through crew. They seem to be on the ball!!“

“I work right down the street and get breakfast here 2-3 a week - Ron is awesome. He worked this morning at the drive thru and I'm hoping I read his name tag right BUT a couple weeks ago he smelled my jeep fumes when he opened his window and told me I had an oil leak! I had no idea. Took it to the shop the same day and my jeep was super messed up and leaking and burning oil. He is so nice and so fast. Give him a raise- great employee. !!!!!!“
“I'm a regular at McD's and usually leave positive reviews. But the store on US42 and Pleasant Valley was a mess today. Maybe because it's a Sunday and there is no management. People in street clothes wandering into and out of the kitchen. One lady came in and waited so long and finally left. Another couldn't do a cash transaction. I used the kiosk and didn't get a receipt, which is what I would have used for feedback, or the option to dine in. A guy that had been waiting in the drive through came in to complain about something (all this while I was standing, waiting for my order, lol) The drink machine had a broke sign on it, so forget about finding an employee to get a refill. Come on McDonald's, you're better than this“
