McDonald's in Florence

“there’s always sometimes issues with mcdonald’s at different locations. although i will say i’ve had some pleasant experiences here food and people wise, including tonight, my fries were great and ‘Will’ was so nice, said he was new management. hopefully he can turn around some of the negative reviews of this location!!“

“They were busy, they got it done.. not too much on customer service but the order was hot and correct the first time. The only bad thing about customer service is having computers out in the lobby that takes the place of people. I would give it 5 stars without that.

Drive-thru was wrapped around the building but they got mine done quick.“

“My sons birthday is today and he requested McDonald's for breakfast, specifically hotcakes. We asked if they could put whip cream on them, and they went above and beyond making his birthday breakfast amazing. Drake and Nei and team were amazing. Will definitely go back to this location.“

“Great job my breakfast sandwich this morning was probably one of the best breakfast sandwiches i've got from mcdonald's the steak, egg and cheese, bagel and I work about seven minutes away.And my food was high fresh.The big old steak was hanging off the sides.It was great in my hash.Brown was nice and crispy and salted great job guys.That's what I expect from every mcdonald's“

“We were in on 8-20-26 srpund noon. The restaurant was very clean, food was delivered to our table in a timely manner, someone even checked on un twice to see if we needed anything. There were workers in the restaurant mopping and cleaning tables. What really made the experience more enjoyable was hearing the manager in the back pumping her team up. She was heard several times telling them what a great job they were doing and to keep it up.
