McDonald's in Middletown

“I want to shout out the manager this morning they were getting slammed and he got on some employees who were wandering around to “drop whatever your doing and clear the orders and take care of customers “ and it was in a calm Manner wasn’t yelling and they started getting orders out quickly I appreciated him doing that and respected how he handled it“

“Went in on a Thursday afternoon, my 2 children and I. Was our first time here although we've ordered Uber eats from here previously so today we went inside to dine.
Nice setting, clean tables, clean bathrooms, order was speedy, fresh, correct & the employees were kind & friendly & assisted us with smiles.
I love McDonald's and I certainly love this location as well. We'll def dine in again, they're drive thru line was knocked out quickly as well as their close attention to cleanliness and being well sanitized.
Parking was easy, meal was pleasant.

“This is the main McDonald's that I come to, the food is always fresh. The only complaint is the staff are always changing and there is a lot of training that needs done when it comes to customer service. The food is always hot and they usually dont forget items that you pay for.“

“jus came through the drive thru (12:45 am) and it was super packed very slow BUT it was 9/10 because of short staffing
i’ve worked in fast food and i know how irritating being short staffed can be especially during a rush, they made sure the food was super hot n fresh, and was apologizing because of the wait
i was very happy w the food and the peoples attitudes despite being so backed up :)“
