McDonald's in Springfield

“I prefer this McDonalds over most of the others here in town. They have yet to get my order wrong and I am so glad they have now made their drive through 24 hours. As someone who works night shift and usually doesn't get back home or even in town until we'll after 2am it makes figuring out food much easier.“

“Always excellent service from an engaged and well trained staff. We have made this our McDonald's of choice in the Springfield area because of their standards of excellence. We have been impressed that the staff is a mix of young pre-adults and seasoned veterans but EVERYONE seems to be invested in pleasing the customer. Our commendations to those who train this customer service focus, and those who make sure the milk shake machine is running reliably--not the case elsewhere in Springfield! Also want to mention the drive through runs about twice as fast as elsewhere in our estimation!“

Parking: On the one side of building there’s only 5 parking spots and 3 are handicap. So I go thru drive thru . If you do park the line to drive thru gets backed up and yii out u get blocked in“
