“Absolutely the worst service I have ever received. And it's constant every time we go to this location. Have had multiple problems and if you speak to who I'm assuming is the manager or maybe like a shift lead who knows, she's absolutely so rude. She should work in a factory somewhere because she has ZERO people skills. Absolutely pathetic.“

“Always excellent service from an engaged and well trained staff. We have made this our McDonald's of choice in the Springfield area because of their standards of excellence. We have been impressed that the staff is a mix of young pre-adults and seasoned veterans but EVERYONE seems to be invested in pleasing the customer. Our commendations to those who train this customer service focus, and those who make sure the milk shake machine is running reliably--not the case elsewhere in Springfield! Also want to mention the drive through runs about twice as fast as elsewhere in our estimation!“

This is because mornings are so hectic an employee name Max, a familiar face for years in an industry that has more turn arounds than a merry-go-round. It's a 20 second, Hey, Pay, Have a Nice Day, with a smile before I face the 45 minute commute on Rt. 70 to Columbus. At my age it's funny how we can get set in our ways, something we told our younger self we would never do, lol.“

Parking: On the one side of building there’s only 5 parking spots and 3 are handicap. So I go thru drive thru . If you do park the line to drive thru gets backed up and yii out u get blocked in“
