The Main Street location can have long wait times in the drive-thru and inconsistent service, while the restaurant on Derr Road is known for its excellent employees, such as the polite and hardworking guy in the drive-thru. The Derr Road location also offers fast and friendly service, particularly from the lovely and energetic employee named Sonya. However, some customers have experienced poor service, understaffing, and issues with the food quality at other McDonald's locations.
