Ordered a large choco shake on the kiosk, and the gal near the register saw me and begun making it as I paid so it was ready when I finished! Unexpected, but honestly, I so prefer it over other places that can take ages for a shake. Exceptional people here!

The Derr Road location also offers fast and friendly service, particularly from the lovely and energetic employee named Sonya. However, some customers have experienced poor service, understaffing, and issues with the food quality at other McDonald's locations.
