“We get take out from Red Hen Cafe fairly often and always enjoy the food. They always get the order right. Yesterday I called to ask to have my burger put on gluten free bread because the online ordering system did not have this as an option. It would be nice to be able to modify the bun option, and it did take multiple calls to reach them but they agreed to make the modification. Overall very happy with red hen!“

“I have visited many times in the past and this might be the first time I could honestly give a five star rating. The food and atmosphere are usually pretty good but from 2019 to 2021 the staff was largely grumpy and unhelpful. Lately, that seems to be changing, and my last several experiences have been positive other than a couple weak lattes. Today tho, it was all good! Love to see things moving in a positive direction ???? “

“It's a Mc Donald's. They have the same food as every other McDonald's, and that is the good thing about McDonald's.This particular McDonald's had the added bonus of employees who very professional al, friendly, and went the extra mile with great customer service.“

“decadent coffee, smoothies, waffles and and treats. something for everyone! my 9 year old daughter always asks if we can stop by when we're in the area. it's so unassuming on the outside, but the inside is just as wonderful as the drinks and food. the service is really good and the people are always friendly. i really do love this place and hope it stays around for a long time. 💚“

“I stopped by here for the first time yesterday with my daughter, and I’m honestly grieving for all the lost past time that I didn’t know about this gem. I don’t even write reviews, but I was floored by how good everything was. We got a pistachio latte, pistachio cake, and I was given a sample of the tea with cream. When I say that is the best tea I have ever tasted that’s not an exaggeration. The cake was nutty and creamy with a light floral flavor and absolutely amazing. My daughter loved her latte too and can’t wait to go back. If the food and beverages weren’t enough (they were) the staff was also extremely kind and they were sweet and patient with my daughter while she figured out what she wanted and changed her mind. I know we will be walking over way more often now.“

“While I do recommend this place, and it’s such a great little spot, I have a couple of concerns. My spouse and I come here every Saturday for our coffee date! My spouse gets a cold brew, one that specifically says it will have cold foam on top, but when we have asked to take it off, they have no problem doing it. He just doesn’t like cold foam or whipped cream. It’s a hit or miss when his drink gets ordered. A big amount of the time they still put the cold foam on top. The cashier hears us clearly and even writes it on the cup. It’s the ones who make it. When I have asked for it to be taken off, they just scrap off the cold foam and hand back the same drink. The drink will then have melted ice or the ice dumped out of the cup. Instead of making a new one, This has been going on since about March, but we have never really left a review until now. I have said something to someone in the shop and I can’t remember her name, but she completely admitted that she saw one of the workers just scrap off the foam, dump a little and put the lid back on. The woman I told remade his drink and we were very thankful for her listening and caring. Secondly, I don’t think I have ever seen Iced lattes look so “creamy.” There’s way more milk in the iced latte I get than espresso. And I don’t ask for extra cream or milk. Are they suppose to be very light in color? We really appreciate this shop. It’s just the little disappointments where we would just like the ladies who are working to maybe pay attention to the cups a little more or communicate better. The last thing we want to do is find another shop, because we do like it there. Thank you.“
