They even remember my name and order and make it without me having to say anything. Maybe some of the lesser reviews are from previous experiences in the past but I have had no issues at all here.“

I came all the way out here for the rajun cajun sub and as I was eating, I notice soemthing was different. I was not happy with the sub and expressed it to Brandon and he informed me that there has been some changes but he could make my sub similar to what I use to remember 2 years ago. He made me another sub, offered a cookie to me and my son and I left VERY satisfied this time. “The food is always great at Firehouse. We love it. Customer service tonight was very lacking. No smiles. No thank you.

We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“
