“I've been going to this subway regularly and over the last several months it has really improved. The place is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the food is prepared super fast. They even remember my name and order and make it without me having to say anything. Maybe some of the lesser reviews are from previous experiences in the past but I have had no issues at all here.“

“I use this location probably 6-8 times a year. Typically I order online and DiBellas has fine tuned that process to make it pretty intuitive. A little pricier than the competition but the portions are huge. I get 2-3 meals from one large sub. Staff is efficient and friendly.“

“This subway is genuinely the kindest fast food place I’ve been in awhile, they always have a bright positive attitude and even remember me and my order since I get the same thing everytime😂. Everytime I walk in it smells amazing and is very well kept, everyone is happy to be there and it’s a very bright atmosphere. I recommend this place 100%!“

“10/10 experience EVEN right before closing (8:15PM). Came knowing that it’s the end of the night and we might not be able to get everything we wanted but we went through the drive thru and Kevin took our order and was SO nice and patient. Went above and beyond in his service and communication with us we were so pleased with our food and experience that I hope the franchise owner recognizes that you have a great hire who does a great job even at the end of their shift. We will be back!“

“I had an issue with my recent order from Jersey Mike’s where everything was made incorrectly, including the bread. It was definitely frustrating at first, especially when you’re expecting a good meal and it doesn’t turn out right.
But what really stood out was how they handled it afterward. The General Manager, Manny, personally reached out to me and made things right. He invited me back in, had my entire order remade correctly, and even threw in chips and drinks on the house.
When I went back, the staff who remade my food were awesome super understanding, patient, and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. You could tell they wanted to make sure I left happy this time.
Because of how Manny and the team handled everything, they completely turned the experience around. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is what matters and they absolutely delivered.
They definitely earned a 5-star review from me.“

“We made a last minute decision to order subs for a party of eight from the Dublin Perimeter Drive location. The order included different subs from both the cold and hot menu. Everyone thought the subs were great and really enjoyed them. A special thanks to Nate for his patience and helping us with our order.“

“Great place to stop in for a quick bite! I was waiting on my daughter to be done with sports and stopped in for lunch and was overwhelmed by the customer service! “We ordered takeout tonight online, my husband went to pick it up. Once he got there he said the line was out of the front door and they were packed. The woman at the register greeted him and checked to see how much longer and they were just finishing up. When we opened our food everything was correct, even with us changing up the sandwiches and potatoes. And it all tasted great!“

“The food is always great at Firehouse. We love it. Customer service tonight was very lacking. No smiles. No thank you.
We used to walk in and get greeted with “Welcome to Firehouse”. What happened to that? Sawmill location is always very nice but the kids working at Renner road are rude and scrolling on phones. It was just after six pm when we were there.“

“Weak subs Drove 30 min for these. Wife got the veggie with avocado. Barely anything inside it with a half spoon of avocado. My number 5 was WEEAAK compared to Troy and Springfield stores. Don't be scared to add some more lettuce and toppings. Other than them being thin crisps, they were tasty. Clean store. Nice people.Edit: went back today. Subs were perfect, maybe someone in training? Great jobs guys! Great food!“

“Ordered dinner while at the grocery. Meal was not ready when I arrived and I had to wait another 10 or 15 minutes before it was ready. Staff provided me with a coupon for a free regular sub, I didn't even ask or make a fuss prior, very amazing and appreciated service, will ensure I continue giving my business.“
