“The Filling Station has always been a local favorite of mine, rather I'm by myself, with my family or meeting friends. I have been visiting more frequently the last couple months and love the energy! When you walk in the bartenders greet you by name, the manager Ian is always present with a smile on his face.
The food is great and always out so promptly. I cannot visit without having pretzels w/ cheese or hot balls. I always leave here with a smile on my face.“

“I placed a takeout order at the Fox Chapel (Pittsburgh) location on 3/29, around 5pm. I live in SE Virginia and my son’s father lives in Aspinwall, we were meeting 1/2 way in Maryland for spring break so I asked him if he’d pick up and take out order for me at the FC restaurant, and bring it with him and our son. (Nothing in my area compares to Aladdin’s!!). When I called, an amazing woman answered the phone, I asked ONLY if they could put the sauce on the side for my Shawarma so it wasn’t soggy 8 hours later when I’d be home to eat! Without second thought, she offered to make both of the Shawarma’s “deconstructed” with everything separate so I could “build” the wraps myself!! I also ordered the Dawali! When my ex handed me the bag and went to the cooler to get my food, I noticed what the crew had done…. They put everything in separate takeout containers and even wrote instructions on the Dawali container for me to heat, when I got home!! Everything was separate and the amount of extra time that was spent on the order was above and beyond!! It may seem simple, but for them to take the time and effort to make sure my food was just as good as it would have been if I ate in the store was really refreshing!! So THANK YOU to the Fox Chapel location for packing my order with such attention and my ex will be bringing a cooler with Shawarma’s and Diwali’s each time we meet in Maryland!!!“

“A relaxing Veterans day morning taking my daughter to enjoy some quiet time at Panera. Her cinnamon roll and hot chocolate were wonderful; not the best she's ever had but very good. Her hot chocolate was warming and tasty. I had a simple toasted buttered bagel and coffee. What made it so wondeful was the relaxed environment. I need it after so many busy days at work. I had just gotten done with my 3rd shift when I went home to pick up my daughter and take her to Panera. I'm glad I made that decision, some good memories came about from it. Thank you, Panera.I know the staff can feel the rush from the customers. Hopefully, someone from the store reads this that was working on Veterans day and know that I appreciate you being there. I appreciate your hard work. And this veteran thanks you for being there so I could have that morning to relax with my daughter.“

“I had ordered online delivery and the order was from this location. Everything came in our order but my create your own pasta had the wrong sauce put on it which I was not able to eat. I had called the restaurant and was told to hold for the manager. Alexander came to the phone very quickly and listened to what was going on. He apologized and I had asked to just be refunded for my pasta and still charged for the rest of my order since everything else was correct. He was able to instead give me a gift card to cover my create your own pasta. He said it could take around 30mins for the gift card to show in my email. He apologized again and we ended the call. A few minutes later he gave me a call back to let me know about an issue he was running into with getting the gift card to send and gave me another time frame. I received the gift card around an hour and an half later and found that he gave me more than what my pasta had cost. Very polite and communicated well! Side note… I have not had a great week and this customer service was excellent!“

“Great food. Great portions. Ordered pad Thai and beef lo mein, crab Rangoon. Lo mein is thick and flavor full. reminds me of noodles and company. Pad Thai is orange/pink not brown. Flavor is light, shrimp is GREAT size! Flavor being light and balanced allows egg, shrimp, chive, carrot and peanut to be tasted and not over powered. I'm not usually a fan of pad Thai that isn't brown. This I like. Would definitely buy again. Crab Rangoon is filled proportionally appropriate. Good amount of crab, not just cream cheese flavor. Good stuff.

Honest employees. Made mistake and corrected it even tho I'd have never known because I didn't ask for receipt. Hit "add" instead of "No" to order, created an up charge. Came out and made it right without me saying a word! handed me the extra money back.

Only thing I would like different is to be able to see in the kitchen. I think the curtain is down so that it keeps the A/C in the dinning. The kitchen is hot! So I understand that, I just like to see where my food is being made. But I enjoy sitting in cool air more!!!!

Prices are fair and reasonable for the portions provided.

“Just walking in and I knew it was gonna be good. They don't waste money on decor. The staff were friendly and the food seemed authentic. Definitely different than most American knock offs.

We got 3 dishes:

The stir fry ramen was good. Perfect lunch fair and great for little mouths.

The squid had great flavor and was pleasantly spicy.

The tofu was very spicy but was missing something. Not sure what but seemed lacking.

I appreciated my ice water but the husband got the walovi. It was pleasant and herbal.

All of these dishes are easily shareable so a great place for a lunch date.“

“I gave it a 4 instead of a 3 because my complaints are not against this specific location but Olive Garden in general. The breadsticks have gone downhill and are now very hard and lack flavor. Also I didn’t get any mints with my bill. What’s up with that?“

The portions were generous.
They were very busy, but my to-go order was ready quickly.
I recommend the Samosa (large fried vegetarian dumplings).
and the Chicken Tikka Masala (chicken with a spicy creamy tomato sauce).“

“Stopped in to pick up a sandwich combo for my wife and me. The store was medium busy but the ordering line moved quickly...while ordering the store associate told me I had a free product available to me...I chose my favorite... cinnamon bagel...my order was ready within minutes...the store was clean ... service Great ?“

“Ah Panera. You can always count on it to be a great place to spread out your laptop and your other stuff and park yourself for a while. They have plenty of outlets. My only gripe about Panera is that their coffee is never amazing; coffee or espresso. If they elevated the experience with gourmet espresso, I would never leave.
I came here on what started out to be a rainy day and sat in front of the fireplace. It was warm and cozy. Toward the end of my visit which was approximately 3 hours long, I heard this incredibly high-pitched screech that was subtle but absolutely noticeable. It was one of those things that makes you feel like you're going crazy! I think it must have been some kind of machine in their kitchen, but it was really obnoxious. This is probably a one-off event, so I'll be back.“
