About a week ago, I ordered a Farmhouse salad and there was an issue with the chicken, the young lady that was working the drive-thru window was very apologetic and worked with me to get my food, she offered me a mac and cheese, Id never had one before, I am a huge fan now, she refunded my salad, gave me a free combo coupon, and the mac and cheese! Tonight I went to arbys once again and used my free combo coupon, I asked if it was ok to switch the fries to the mac and cheese and Greg Todd, without any hesitation, said of course. I drove up to the window and asked if they could add a farmhouse salad to my order. Greg Todd immediately told his team member to start making the chicken.
