“I really liked the small atmosphere and the overall ambiance of this old Italian bar and the locals were very nice to us and I used to drink here after work when the original owner was alive and nothing has really changed but cleaned up and still has that old world charm“

“The new owners who've owned the place since February 2016 are really nice people and have kept the place in good shape! Definitely one of the best bars in town. Great prices, they do karaoke and djs from time to time. We've been here probably 20 times or so in the 2 years we've been living in Ravenna and we've never had a problek there! Love this place!“

“Food and vibes at The River Merchant were so good! Probably the best Caesar salad I've ever had, and the added blackened chicken was perfect. Our server Lorelei was great, and suggested leaving our beer cheese behind from the pretzel app for our fries which was such a clutch suggestion. The salmon croquettes were also delicious. Lots of wins at this restaurant, definitely would recommend.“

“It was right around the corner I don't go out much but if I'm going to spend $20 bills I definitely want to spend it right you won't get any better service anywhere you won't have any better atmosphere anywhere and you won't find any better food anywhere. “Typical visit for me: walk in, sit at an open booth, check the current (and ever-changing) menu, order a selection that I may not have ever tried before, get on the phone to Lucci's Place next door and order a pizza, walk next door to pick it up, order another selection, enjoy myself.The guys and girls that work there are great--very service-oriented and very knowledgeable.They have been working on a renovation for a few months and it's all very secret! So...changes are coming!I recommend this pub.“
