McDonald's in Ravenna

“This is the worst mc Donald's had 2 big macs fries and cokes. They were cold all of it sandwich were falling apart buns were hard fries were cold. There are to many young kids working in their and they don't work they just play around it's time to get older people or send people through to grade the people I would be willing to do that just so you can see how they play around and don't do there work. And you got rid of biscuits and gravy one of the best sellers. I go to Ravenna and I get my biscuits and gravy and it's always good and hot and people are very friendly. Maybe that's where I'll start going because they care about their business. Not about friends being friends and not doing their work and just playing around. Good luck with this McDonald's cuz you need it“

“Just ordered some food through DoorDash and after missing about half of the order we tried to have them do something about the issue. Their answer was to notify us that they would do nothing, not even a refund of any sort. So I drove up to the McDonald's and asked if the manager could help me out with my problem. Shane came up, asked what was going on, I explained the situation, and he was very understanding and helped whip up the rest of my order and gave me my missing food (~$15 worth). Very appreciative and will not be using Dash any time soon but am more than happy to keep coming back to this McD's location!“
