“Ordered a family meal online yesterday for me and the kiddos and went to go pick it up... had to wait a little while but it wasn't too bad.

When I got home, I realized that we were missing all the sides. I laughed and figured I was going to have to fight for our dinner....I was literally just up there and now had to drive all the way back.... so I called up there and actually got the nicest lady. She immediately apologized, confirmed the order and threw in dessert for the whole family. When I got back to the store... young lady at the front kept questioning who I talked to... honey, I don't know but I know I paid my hard earned cash and only received half my order lol.
Then I hear the angel's voice confirming that everything I was missing was already packed up and ready to go. Whoever the angel was, I deeply appreciated her for ensuring that the rest of my order was taking care of... she was so sweet over the phone... and I pray she will be blessed for her kindness.

The wedge salad tasted like they picked it from the Garden of Eden, made with the world’s best house made ranch dressing- they should bottle that Sh!T. & My drink was top-notch, served by great bartenders in a cozy brick pub, like if Cheers had a “study”. My entree was the Beef on Weck sandwich. All I can say is WHAT THE WECK WAS THAT?! So juicy! So delicious! The cooks in the back were raised RIGHT. Best kept secret in Cincinnati for sure.
