A special mention to the older lady at the counter, and I apologize for not catching her name, she is SOOOO very nice and helpful and even told us to be careful as we were leaving cause it was starting to rain. Employees like that are few and far between.“

“My family had the pleasure of dining at Lola & Giuseppe's last evening, and it truly was a pleasure! We began with wedding soup (some of the best I have ever tasted), a Guiseppe's Salad, and spinach-artichoke dip. Two of our group had the meat lasagna which was delicious and a huge serving. Other entrees included egg plant parmigana and chicken marsala. All were excellent, large servings, and very reasonably priced. The surprise (and a good one) was the Creme de Limocello that was bursting with lemon flavor and a nice little nip. Service was excellent and the owner stopped by to chat on two occasions thanking us for dining there. It was undoubtedly one of the most enjoyable dining experiences we have had in quite a while. Highly recommend!“

“This is our happy place. When there is a special family celebration, we come here. Love walking in, as David greets us at the door every time. It’s like visiting your Nonna and Nonno’s house and seeing all of your cousins and knowing that you’re in store for the best meal ever. Look forward to a leisurely feast with good wine, warm bread and some of the best Italian dishes we’ve found. The entire staff is incredible. Be sure to make a reservation because every time we go it’s a full house.“

“We were very impressed. Their Gluten free options were amazingly delicious, they took it seriously and everything was fresh, seasoned to perfection, and we will be going back. The portions were large, the presentation was immaculate, the wine and cocktail list was the stuff of dreams and legends. The restaurant was cozy and comfortable in a sexy Italian style. “Chef Kevin knows what he is doing! Went in with my family of 3 and he was so hospitable and gave prompt service.

As we ended our meal he stopped to see how our meal was and helped clean up.

“I dined here for the first time yesterday and order the Fettuccine Alfredo w/chicken and a Caesar salad…both were absolutely delicious, the flavor was amazing and so was the Moscato wine which had the perfect amount of sweetness that I like! The breadsticks were amazing, they melt in your mouth. My server Aaron, was excellent, great personality with a wonderful sense of humor! I will definitely be back and will be making Milanos a regular place to have dinner! If you’ve never been here, I totally recommend giving Milano’s a try!!!“

“I always enjoy Little Italy, the food is always good and decently priced.
I am only giving 4 stars because I went with my whole family. 9 people. And my older mother in law paid the bill.
Mom realized the next morning that the bill she paid was not even ours! She paid like $160 plus a tip that was over $30. Turns out our actual bill was only $110 and so our tip would have been significantly less as well.
It took several calls and a few days wait but a manager DID refund the difference. But overall I'm disappointed that could've even happened. The orders weren't even similar.“

“I had been looking for a great pizza place since moving back to Ohio 11 years ago. I had settled on Marcos because when they 1st opened, it was wonderful. I guess they’ve become complacent, or they have so much turnover, that they can’t provide good service anymore. I don’t know what has happened to this place. I have stopped patronizing the restaurant because of messed up orders, pizza boxes stuck to the toppings, and just a general lack of attention to detail. The app is way too unreliable, and you miss out on half of your rewards. When I did order, it was always for delivery. I’m my wife’s caregiver, and we don’t go out much anymore.“

“My Girlfriends order was completely wrong ordered pizza, bbq wings, & a 2-liter of Sprite. missed the wings yet put the bbq sauce on a cheese pizza, had to go back in and get my girlfriends wings order separately 25 more minutes of wait time.
Cierra the manager was super sweet and replaced everything with a credit. Bbq cheese pizza, was not my Girlfriend's thing, I tried a wing and they were pretty dang'on good.
Cierra showed great professionalism in making it right. We're going to try a veggie pizza next weekend. Thanks ya'll. Shout out to Cierra. I'll give them a second chance just on GP.“
