Taco Bell in Reynoldsburg

“At 3 pm on 1/18/2025, my husband, children, and I came to eat a late lunch. The restaurant is super clean (kitchen and dining room). I didn't have to use the restroom, so I'm not sure how that was, but overall, the experience was pleasant. I give props to the crew today.“

“My experience was initially negative , I was shewed to the automated service without the option of personal service. As I stood dismayed by the rude , aggressive behavior of the female employee, the manager just happened to be coming past the front counter and asked quickly and professionally if I had been helped. He quickly and promptly took my order and saw to the food being made properly and fresh. I thought to myself self, instant karma to the nasty employee he shewed me to the auto machine and refused to take my order. So my visit ended on a very positive note. The food was hot and fresh and came in a timely manner. The Manager redeemed his staff. It is bc of this gentleman I gave 4 stars. Thank u sir. You know who u are . This happened about a month ago.“
