“This is the absolute best place, the workers are all amazing, you really get to know them, and become friends. The food is phenomenal ! Never have had anything bad ! There is a reason why it is rated the #1 DIVE BAR ! If we lived closer, we would be there once a week !“

Although my French dip sandwich came with enough dip for about two bites. I would guess it was just the bar maid doing a poor job. She spent a lot of time in the kitchen. The Thursday day bar tender needs a different job. I will return hoping for better service.“

“My husband and I made reservations for Valentine’s Day for a 5 course meal. We made our selections for each course ahead of time. As you may see in other reviews, this was the first time the restaurant offered this type of service for Valentine’s Day. Our amazing server, Jenn, gave us a heads up that the kitchen was behind.

The food did come out pretty late, but I am still leaving a 5-star review for 4 reasons:

1. The quality of service from our server, Jenn. She was kind, calm, and personable. She kept the wine coming and did a great job of setting our expectations and taking care of us wherever she could.

2. The restaurant’s response to the wait time for food. All of the wine we drank that evening (it was a lot) was fully comped. Then, the restaurant went above and beyond by sending everyone a $50 gift certificate for future use. I don’t think many restaurants would do that.

3. The quality of food when it finally arrived. Yes it took some time to get to our table, but the food was phenomenal! Still dreaming of that filet Oscar. Worth every penny!

4. The wine. Michael Angelo’s has always had amazing wine at an incredible price, and we definitely enjoyed our fair share this particular evening! I can think of a lot worse situations to be in than waiting for a meal with some great wine in the company of my best friend.

Yes there were some hiccups, but we will absolutely be back if they decide to try this type of service again.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “This was our first time going and it was honestly so good! It’s super refreshing to find a restaurant that does breakfast but in a healthy way! I love that most dishes have avocado as an ingredient because of the health benefits. I personally cannot eat avocado due to an intolerance but my food was still amazing even when I took it out! I got the Eggs Benedict - BLT.. I don’t even have words to describe it. The greens were crunchy, the hollandaise sauce was citrusy, the eggs were perfectly jammy while my bread was beautifully toasted and the bacon and tomato just added to it. I got it with the side of potatoes and those were perfect. I will absolutely be coming back. Also, I’m not big on coffee at all, but their coffee is so amazing that I actually had to get a bag for home.“

“It was the perfect place to take my mom as she is in a wheelchair. The staff was so accommodating. Staff was spot on for professional servers, which has been hard to find since before Covid. “The food was delicious. We were seated right near the entrance and although the seats were comfortable (high-back chairs), people constantly walking by was distracting at times. Our server was attentive without being obtrusive, and very pleasant.“

“First time here and I thought it was great. It looked and smelled clean inside. It isnt very big inside. The menu had a really good selection. The people there were really nice. The food came out quickly and the Bento Box was a feast. I also ordered a couple rolls. The thing I noticed was that everything seemed very fresh. The lettuce in the salad was very crunchy. The chicken tasted like high quality meat. Both of my sushi rolls were awesome. I will be visiting this place for a meal many times in the near future.“

“Just had a pleasant and delicious dinner there last week. The owners really care about the flavor of the food with fresh ground spices for their dishes. You can get heat anywhere, but heat with flavor is the best! The atmosphere is brightly colored yet has a relaxed and romantic feel with the Indian music playing in the background and the candles on the tables. By far, our favorite and highly recommend!“

“When they actually get your order right it’s good food. The problem is that they screw up the orders too often. It doesn’t matter if you order online or over the phone, what you ask for and pay for is not what’s in the box. They either drown the wings because you ask for extra sauce (to the point where the box can’t hold the sauce & it’s spilling out) or the wings are bone dry. The last order I placed was for a white pizza with chicken and bacon, I got a white pizza with banana peppers, tomatoes, black olives and bacon… NOT the same!
It’s frustrating because the food IS good :(“

“I love Longhorn already, but this one was awesome! The food was all delicious and the steak was cooked exactly the way I wanted it like always. The bread is always great with the butter and our salads were very good. Our waitress was super kind and went above and beyond regular service. My girlfriend forgot to mention about her mustard allergy and noticed a sauce was on her burger, so she wanted to make sure there was no mustard in it and the waitress went to ask and there was a little bit of mustard seed in it. So, she kindly offered to make a new one no question and was very nice about it and everything else. Highly recommend this Longhorn!“
