I had the BLT and he had the chef’s choice wraps. Mine had a bunch of flavor to the sauce. It was really good He said his was spicy not too spicy. We both had the cannoli chips and OMG!!!!! Soo good. Very dangerous 😉! You will get hooked!! We will be back!”

“Stopped here after a night spent in Cleveland for a concert. After a night of coors lights we were looking for good fries and sandwiches, this place did not disappoint. Honestly, might be the best place I've eaten since 2020. Well staffed, clean, food was excellent, everyone working there was kind. We had soups which were great. A Reuben and a chicken melt with fries, would recommend both. Got some cake to go, none were my favorite ever but all good. Chocolate mousse stood out.”

“We had Old Carolina cater our wedding this last Saturday (2.24.24) at Lake Affect Studios in Cleveland, OH and we cannot thank the staff enough. We opted for a buffet option which worked out so well. We are still getting compliments on how delicious the food was. When we were thinking about food for our wedding, I knew I wanted a barbecue buffet! Once we saw they were on the preferred list of vendors for Lake Affect Studios it was a no brainer and we went with them as our first choice. We used to love eating at Old Carolina when they had a restaurant in Mentor, OH. Kelsey was so helpful in answering all of my questions leading up to wedding day, and assisting with the set up the day before. They did an amazing job keeping everyone fed and the staff was friendly and efficient. They let us take home left over food and we were able to enjoy the barbecue even after our big day. “I stopped in over the summer with my sister for lunch and we were so glad we did, food was absolutely amazing! I told my boyfriend after we have to go there, it is so good! Took him yesterday for his birthday, we are both still talking about it today. He told me he told multiple people at work about it and has been thinking about your cannolis all day and I have been too, best I've ever had. Ever single thing from cocktails to dessert to atmosphere is absolutely amazing, I, we cannot brag about you guys enough! Classy cocktail menu, the char sour and classic old fashioned are a must try. You're selection of bourbon for bourbon lovers is top notch too! Last the food, beet salad, lobster rolls, cassoulet pie are to die for 🤌 have to talk about the cannolis again, one pistachio and one chocolate chip, don't snooze on those if you go! My biggest compliments to the chef. We will definitely be back.”

But When I got here I realized it’s An amazing shop that sells amazing flavored lattes ☕️ gelato 🍧 deliciosss strawberry 🍓 boba 🧋 tea with the cute but cold 🧸 and some gourmet breakfast and lunch options. The ladies were so kind as my princess would say. It was a classy area with plenty of free parking . It was just steps away from many restaurants and shops . It was also a gorgeous day and I Bet it’s even more gorgeous in the winter time. Something tells me their winter lattes etc. would be craved by many.”

“It’s super akward when they ask you if you want to tip-at the drive through. Tipping culture is getting quite pushy. Service is also incredibly slow, no one seems to have any sense of urgency or speed. Having said that, the food is usually decent and coffee is good.”

“I wanted to come in Google to “challenge” some of the recent negative reviews - I’m not sure the story happened the way it is portrayed in the reviews. I was there during the confrontation (I attached my receipt to prove so). But I challenge that all the folks writing the negative reviews were - maybe friends banding together to write bad reviews???
Anyway - we were at the table right next to the part of 8 table - and I was facing the table. The only loud voices I heard were those of the diners. However, I did not realize they were upset - I did hear something about them complaining that they couldn’t split their checks and how it was BS. (I remember thinking that they were very upset for something that was posted on the door when walking into the restaurant - but whatever - some people let little things work them up).
Next thing I knew, the diners left and drove out of the parking lot honking their horns and giving the restaurant the middle finger. ALL ON A SUNDAY MORNING!!!!!
Back to Herb’s itself - all 4 people in our party loved the food - the service was fine, the atmosphere was fine after the hoopla!!! There was a young lady (not our waitress), who was very attentive to the people sitting on the patio - so kudos to her!!”
