We waited 15 minutes for a table, there were plenty open. We ordered drinks and appetizers, of which the drink was made incorrectly not once but twice. (The picture is supposed to be an amaretto sour) We received one appetizer after 15 minutes and the other after another 20 minutes. Our food took an hour + to come out and was cold, not correct and two of our kids meals weren’t delivered. Never once seen a manager on shift and not once did a manager stop by our table. Red Lobster offers a great dining experience with delicious seafood and attentive service. The Cheddar Bay biscuits are a must-try, and the meals are served quickly and generously. The friendly staff make the experience enjoyable by checking on guests and providing excellent service. The place is nice and clean, the hostess was pleasant, and the server was excellent. The food was cooked correctly and was delicious. The server Missy was extremely warm and welcoming and made sure everyone was taken care of. The manager was stellar as well. The chef in the back does a great job. Overall, Red Lobster is a great choice for a satisfying seafood meal.
