“We were traveling through and needed food quick but didn't want "fast food". This was the best decision we could have made! The burgers were delicious and made with good quality ingredients, handmade patties of good meat, and beautiful brioche buns. The fries were cooked perfectly and obviously not a cheap brand. My husband was impressed with the chili on his coneydog and that they had Cheerwine in the bottle. We would definitely come back for more food or to try their ice cream because I'm sure it is all tasty.“

“Solid food all around, but usually not worth the pricing. Burger Hut burgers honestly taste better and are way, way, way cheaper. Really love their wings and appetizers, but again, pricing is high even relative to everything else and they don’t run many deals. Definitely a place worth trying, just not worth going regularly in my opinion.“

“We held our wedding at the Timberlanes Complex and I could not have had a better experience. We worked with the event coordinator, Missi, to plan our reception in the Grand Ballroom. The decorations and up-lighting they offer transformed the room into a beautiful wedding reception hall. With Boneshakers catering, there was a variety of options on their catering menu for appetizers, entrees, and alcohol packages. It made everything extremely easy to plan! Missi was beyond organized and ensured every meal went to the right person at the right time as there were wonderful servers that night as well. They also turned on all of our own lighting decorations, set up the cookie table, and cleaned everything up afterwards. This allowed for us and our families to simply enjoy our special day rather than worry about the event. Courtney was a huge help the day before with our room set-up. She was able to offer suggestions and help us achieve what we envisioned. With so many family and friends coming in from out of town, it was perfect that the hotel was in the same building. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We blocked the entire hotel, so the lobby area and indoor courtyard served as a great space for those staying to socialize. Guests from out of town were within walking distance to the church where the ceremony was, all of Salem’s downtown, and they didn’t even have to go outside to enjoy the restaurant and bar. Timberlanes fit our wedding needs perfectly, and we could not be happier!“

I would have been more inclined to wait for fresh nuggets than i was to eat right away. “So tonight I had dinner here. It was my mom's bday. It was busy and we understood that. We had five people in our party. After 1 hour and 30 minutes they brought two of our 5 meals. The other 3 meals were MIA. Before we could even let our server know she knew what had happened. She got the manager involved. They did everything in their power to make up for what had happened and then some. The manager did an extremely amazing job tonight and despite the busy atmosphere he made everything right. I am so pleased with the team working there. Awesome job!!!!!!“
“Ate here for the first time this morning and I’m truly sad. Sad that I never knew of this place before today!!!! The service was so friendly and the food is amazing!!!!! I got the Royal Star breakfast so I could try a little of everything and I was extremely impressed!! You can tell the staff care for their regulars and vise versa.
