“Every time I go here for lunch (11:30) I have a very good experience. Today, I saw the staff taking extra measures to make sure the area was clean and the food was protected. This guy, not sure if he was the manager, lowered the glass case in order to cover the food because a fly or something was in the store. I was really impressed with that.“

“a large choc. frosty is an obvious move with the large fries. classic and was tasty. only critiques would be the fries needed more salt. In addition, bring back real fry oils! ditch the industrial waste product aka seed oils like palm, rape seed, soy, canola, and several more!“

“I ordered a pizza and it took 100 minutes to deliver when the estimate was 55-65 min. When the pizza got here, it was lukewarm at best. Now, why am I giving it 4 stars? Because the delivery driver told me that tonight, there were supposed to be 3 drivers but 2 didn't show so it was only him hurrying along delivering pizzas. The store can't be blamed for this, rather the economy of cleveland as a whole. The bottom line is, I asked for extra sauce and unlike Pizza Hut on chagrin (which closed down), papa johns at this location actually gave me extra sauce on the pizza. They might not be on time, and it seems like it's out of their control, but at least they respect your wishes on your pizza and listen to your instructions.“

“Despite the terrible reviews, I decided to give this location a chance. The inside of the store is quite run down and could use a good scrub. I ordered online and was given an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. There was a long line ahead of me when I arrived, but my food was ready when I reached the counter. The woman at the counter was less than enthusiastic. When I thanked her and told her I hoped she had a nice night she responded with a gruff “mmhmm”. Might have just been having a tough day. The personal pan pepperoni pizza I ordered was tasty though. It was hot and had a good amount of both pepperoni and cheese. I also liked that she was thoughtful enough to put my pizza in a bag with napkins.“
