“Food was delicious! Only mild complaint is that I wish the veggies were actually hot but honestly since the flavor was all there I barely noticed that but it definitely would've made the food even better. Staff was all very nice and courteous and the atmosphere was pretty chill and they have lots of seating. Its a fast casual place so you get your food then find your own seating but me and my bf both ordered the falafel and had to wait for some to get ready so an employee did bring it to our table. Overall pretty excellent, I'm already telling my friends about it and itching to get back up there myself!“

“While I’ve heard many speak of “The Standard” in Collinwood, I had never made it there until Thursday, when my “foodie” daughter, (@thingsivebeeneating), planned my surprise birthday dinner there for our big family.
The ambiance was so relaxing- dimly lit, sheers gently flowing between tables, a long beautiful bar, an open kitchen, and an outdoor garden patio area that truly felt like an oasis- you might forget you were in CLE on the eve of Halloween. It was lush, vibrant, and warm. The music that was piped throughout the restaurant, vacillated between “La Vie en Rose” and Frank’s “I Did It My Way”…truly transported you to a fine dining establishment in Paris. We were seated in front of the open kitchen. I don’t always enjoy this view, but the people in this kitchen seemed relaxed and happy to be there! While cooking, they seemed to have a camaraderie going- lots of smiles, and zero sense of being harried. (I noticed when a couple came in for dinner on the later side toward kitchen- closing, the staff there visually appeared welcoming nonetheless.)
Our group shared several bottles of wine, tried the innovative cocktails, and also the old tried and trues. We loved our server, Nicole. She was knowledgeable, welcoming, and fun! She quickly delivered the complimentary, freshly baked rolls with a trio of tapenade, olives, and oil/balsamic. My daughter warned us to come hungry, as we’d be wanting to try several apps. We had frog’s legs, crab croquettes, tuna tartare, French onion gratiné, beet carpaccio, and escargot. Other seldom seen items such as quail, foie gras, bone marrow, Moroccan lamb sausages, etc. were also available. We took SO long to decide on our entrees- they ALL sounded magical. We had aromatic, Fez chicken (complete with tagine) served with Moroccan couscous, Dover sole, pistachio encrusted rack of lamb, Chef/Owner Said’s bountiful paella, 24-hour braised short rib, and an epic “bowl” of pasta bolognese. My daughter prearranged a brought in cake, so we didn’t try the desserts, but Said amped our finale with a round of fancy nut-and-chocolate-encrusted coffee concocted liqueur shots! (Insert chef’s kiss!) This dinner celebration was nothing less than over the top! We had a fantastic evening! It almost (but not quite) makes me anxious to age, just to celebrate there again!“

Step inside this decked-out terror tunnel and order items that Yahya Sinwar himself would have enjoyed in hiding. Menu treats include: Palestinian tea; Palestinian cucumber salad; white pizza with Palestinian olive oil; and of course, Gaza miish, which is to die for. While the restaurant doesn’t need my advice, I respectfully suggest new signature entrees: Heil Hummus, Führer Falafel, and Zyklon Beef. From the Ohio River to the Lake Erie sea, Algebra Tea House shall set you free. Unless you’re a Jewish baby hostage. Allahu Akbar! ☝️“

“Having recently moved to this side of town I was dying for authentic Greek cuisine... so happy I found this place ! Staff is super friendly and the food is amazing. You would think they had YaYA in the back doing all the cooking :) trust me when I tell you to give them a try !“

“Was randomly in the area and wanted to find a local coffee shop to get a couple of hours of work done. Let me tell you, this place is the perfect spot! Grabbed a donut and a cappuccino which were both great. Kind workers, very clean place and a great atmosphere to get some work done or have some coffee talk with a friend.

This is one of those places where you can tell who the regulars are because they are chatting and laughing with the employee's during their coffee talk.

“Today was my first time here and I came with friends and my 5 year old son. We had the pleasure of being waited on by Sebastian! He was extremely patient with my son and went the extra mile with his food recommendations and making it kid-friendly. He also noticed which sauces I seemed to like the most and brought one that did not originally come with my meal. The food and atmosphere as wonderful in itself, but Sebastian made our first time here one to be remembered! Thank you to him!!“

“Honestly i love this places, great family atmosphere and really great employees. There food is usually 5☆ but it was pretty disappointing today. We bought a buck of baklava and sweets and the neurs were mushy and soft. Everything that was supposed to be crispy was soggy and just not good, even the pistachios were soft and mushy. I've bought these same things in the past and they've been delicious so idk why today it was so bad. I probably won't buy the sweets that are pretty pricey again because of how bad they were.“

“I met the Manager and let him know it was my first time there. He was very pleasant and recommended their hummus (a specialty) and highly recommended some of their specialty dishes. The food was excellent. If you’ve never been, you should check it out! Great prices, awesome place, excellent food and wonderful service. This was at the Powell location.“

Dolma/Stuffed grape leaves were also good, a bit oily for my preference.

Every time I go there the food is fresh and hot and great the only thing is I like my eggs over easy and it's only one time that I went and the young lady got it right every other time and I speak good money at this location for my contractors I treat them to lunch or breakfast so I'm usually ordering between 4 to 5 meals usually the breakfast and they serve the breakfast all day which makes it great! Although there are many locations with this name however this is one of the absolute delicious!♥️“

“The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“
