“An annual tradition, this White Castle goes all out to make it a great experience. They have table side ordering, valentines decor and its very organized with reservations from Opentable. Bravo to the manager who came out and checked on every table to see how it was going- you could tell she cared! Highly recommended as a casual way to celebrate the ones you love- this year we invited friends and it was even more fun to show them the experience.“

“I went to Burger King on Lebanon rd. today, and the employee in the drive thru noticed I was wearing an Ohio State Buckeyes shirt. As I was pulling away, she stopped me and showed me the Burger King Buckeyes crown hat. She said it matches your shirt. It was so cool of her to give it to me. Great experience. “First,I must say who ever runs the night shift, has been doing us all a favor!Unaware of her name (didn't see a name tag)But WOW,I have to admit for months I've been in the line for a long time ,ask to hold on ,pull up.Not anymore .Her greeting made my day, she stated my order back suggested me a dessert.cookie and a frosty.I gave in a said Yes. Thank you for not cutting me off .Finally,I get to the window she insured my order again.Shocked to realize this young lady took my order ,proceed to my drink with no hesitation go Wash her hands,make my food, bag my order.I even tried to tip her and she responded, I'd rather u have it to get u some more Wendy's tomorrow tomorrow.The fact to see her and another employee by themselves shocked me. One cleaning and the manger with a positive attitude.Great customer service.A smile that will lighten up someone's Day .Great job .
