“I have been going to this Dunkin for years as it is the ONLY 24hr round the clock location. The gentleman that runs the night shift is quite unique in his customer service skills and does a fantastic job as my drink/order is always on point! I have found that he speaks very broken English and thus creating frustrating communication barrier- and comes off very much as rude- however he has a lovely smile IF you can get him to smile!“

“I love this place so much! I walk right past them on my way to work and I can rarely resist picking up a coffee and a few delicious donuts! The employees are amazing too. One of my favorite places to visit. They have a system where you can pick and choose however donuts you'd like. The donuts are made fresh daily and they are decorated right in front of you! They are made in varying tiers of plain/powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar, to frosted, with or without sprinkles and then to (my favorite) the over the top donuts covered in almost anything tasty that you could imagine. They also have wonderfully cute names to boot! You guys are great! Keep doing what you do and know that you are appreciated. 😁“

“This is a tradition we observe every Sunday. My husband particularly enjoys the pineapple Danishes. However, regardless of your preference, you will undoubtedly be satisfied. The owner and operator are exceptionally kind and friendly, and the staff are consistently courteous and engaging.“

“As a donut connoisseur I must say Hurts is fabulous! We are occasionally back and forth from Columbus to cincinnati and often stop for a fix! Haven’t chosen a donut that is not super delicious. Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Shop is cute too with cool hanging swing like seats. Can’t wait to visit again soon!!“

“We were looking for coffee and stopped here. They don't have a huge coffee selection but the coffee is pretty good for the selection there is! The doughnuts are so good! I definitely recommend stopping by if you are either in the area, or passing by!“

“I’m in there about every couple weeks all the people that work there are so very friendly you couldn’t ask for a better staff. I do in-home healthcare and one of my clients just turned 101 and Servanti’s made her A cake for her birthday and they paid for it. I just wanna give them a huge shout out. Thank you so very much for all your hospitality that you guys do. She truly loved her cake. It turned out so beautiful.“

“I have been driving from dayton to my clinical at Bethesda north every day since March. I don’t usually come on Saturdays but today was a day I was making up. A male and female worker tried to help me scan my app for points and it didn’t work. “Let me tell you a fun story. A friend of mine worked at a job that was draining them. To get them through the week, they would drop by this dunkin' donuts and pick up a little treat. They started job hunting, and every time they had a lot of interviews or a potential job, they would bring in donuts for their coworkers. Their coworkers would ask what the occasion was. The friend always said that it was because they were about to quit. Turned out, they put in their 2 week notice. This particular location was a part of a wonderful routine. I've always had pleasant experiences. Good food. Quick service. It's a well ran location.“

I don’t care if it’s a line of 30 people they will wait on and have you out of the line in less than 60 seconds… everyone is always pleasant, smiling & helpful.
