“I recently visited the Mr. Hero location in Sheffield Village and had a fantastic experience. The food was absolutely great, and the store was spotless. The staff at the storefront were wonderful and really made my visit enjoyable with their friendly demeanor. They recommended I try the Waffle Doodle sandwich, and I have to say, it’s the greatest sandwich Mr. Hero has to offer! While I love the Roman Burger, the Waffle Doodle Chicken Bacon sandwich might just be my new favorite. The staff also mentioned trying their Nashville hot sauce sandwich on my next visit, and I’m definitely looking forward to that. Mr. Hero’s Roman Burger is already one of the best things you can find anywhere, and now I’d highly recommend trying both the Roman Burger and the Waffle Doodle. I can’t wait to come back!“

“I love Charlie’s. It’s good. But every time I order they always mess it up. I get a chicken Philly, everything on it and add cold jalapeños. They never give me the jalapeños even though it’s on the receipt, one time they gave me a steak Philly. Today was the final straw when I broke down what I wanted, and read the receipt afterward. I was given a chicken California which has ranch and I hate ranch. I was the only one at the restaurant. With how expensive they are, they need to start getting the orders right“

“We went to Penn Station in Avon tonight, where we met Logan. I haven't seen such genuine, friendly customer service in years!! We ordered a chicken teriyaki sub with ghost pepper cheese, a cheese steak sub with ghost pepper cheese, and fries. The ghost pepper cheese had an amazing kick and perfect flavor, and we really enjoyed it! Absolutely delicious and fresh!! Also very generous with the fries! “Staff was great and seemed to work well together. They took my order for four subs and waffle fries, made the food, and I was back out the door quickly. Everything in the order was perfect, even with special requests on each sandwich. The whole place looked clean, including the restroom. Excellent experience!“

“The food is amazing, this is the only place that you are going to find this taste it's delicious, be careful though if you order a large meal it will be 20 dollars but you'll get 2 burgers the size of a double Q lbs with cheese at mcdonalds, a full basket of fries and a delicious cup of cheese, more than enough cheese trust me for the fries and a large drink, more than enough food for the price for sure. The customer service was also decent, they seem like good people.“

“We went this afternoon for the first time and really enjoyed it! I didn't catch his name but the guy who took our order was great. The lemonade tastes just like the kind you get from the county fair and the cookies and cream milkshake was delicious. ? My husband got the Buffalo chicken sandwich and loved it! I got a classic Philly cheesesteak that to me was perfect. Bread was soft, meat wasn't over salted like other places, enough juice that the meat wasn't dry but also didn’t make the bread soggy. Oh and the ultimate fries were soo good! Will go back again!“
