When this place first opened the food was good. I don’t know what happened. Every time I’ve ordered from this place in the last 2.5 years my order is either wrong or tastes awful. For the price it’s just not worth it at all. And they changed the bread and now the sandwiches are smaller. I’m done ordering from here, the location at the great northern mall is way better.
The manager Elsie is amazing!!!! Kindest woman I’ve ever met & so accommodating. Thank you so much to her!!!!
This place is way better than that Authentic Cheesesteak Hoagie place up the street. Next to Starbucks. Talk about Gas Station food quality at crazy price. 🤮 Never going back there again. Charley's Cheesesteak cured my craving. 🫡 Loaded fries 🍟 are insane. 😁

Charleys Cheesesteaks serves very good Wings and fries. The cheese steak meal is also a popular choice. The food is made fresh and hot and is very delicious. The seating area is nicely decorated with orchids on tables. The wait time is short. The staff is very polite and the service is over the top. The cashier is helpful and answers questions. The food is ready in a short time, in some cases it takes 5 minutes or less. The Phillys are fantastic and the fries are fresh. However, there have been some issues with orders, such as getting the order wrong, missing lids and napkins, and rude staff. Some customers have also been unhappy with their fries, wanting more cheese on them. Despite this, many customers will definitely visit again and highly recommend Charleys Cheesesteaks.
