just recently went to the wendy's near me and my 5 year old son was eating his frosty and he got nearly to the bottom of it and pulled out a pinkie lengthed piece of flexible plastic. thank goodness he didnt put it in his mouth as it could have definitely been a chocking hazard. but someone was not checking the proper precautions when it comes to the food safety there. The manager there, Valentina, I believe was her name, was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Very argumentative. When I confronted her about her unprofessionalism, she kicked me out and insulted me on the way out. Never in my life have I met such a rude person managing a business. Never again will we make a purchase there. Certainly will be contacting corporate.
