The workers at Wendy’s have always treated me with extreme respect and are very kind-hearted. Gerry and those he manages have done an amazing job, especially while being short staffed. I love engaging in conversation with them after they bring out my food, and the wait times have never been more than a few minutes at most. There was only one instance in which I reported a complaint to Gerry, and in the year since then it has never happened again. Huge kudos to the Wendy’s staff team in Shelby.
