“While placing my order I asked for extra sauce on the sandwich to be toasted and wrapped separately.. not sure if the young lady who prepared the sandwich was new but I had to repeat my request twice to her.. then while waiting another person came from the back and began to finish the order the first young lady didn't tell him nor did the cashier put the request on the ticket.. I had to tell him twice as well which made it seem like I was being unreasonable.. it was a little frustrating to not have anyone listen at all .. after getting the meal I took a bite and they had put a sauce on the sandwich that had some type of sweet cinnamon in it.. otherwise the food was ok“

“We stopped in for lunch and it exceeded our expectations! We ordered a ham sandwich on focaccia bread with potato, broccoli and cheddar soup, and the Claudio sandwich with white bread. It was all spectacular! The story of how the shop started was also sweet to read inside the restaurant. We will definitely stop here again next time we are in the area.“

“I used Luna to cater an SEO and digital marketing lunch and learn that I ran in Beachwood, and the experience with Luna was absolutely amazing. The whole process was seamless. They called back quickly and helpful suggestions for headcount and budget. We had several gluten free folks in the crowd and they prepared separately-packaged individual lunch boxes for them. And the food was AMAZING! We got veggie sandwiches, mozzarella sandwiches, and the spinach salad.

Also, have ordered off the app multiple times & a few times they say they are out of what was ordered, usually bakery items. Wish the store could update the app a bit quicker to show sold out items“
