“My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

“The staff was amazing! My 17 (!) friends and family members and I had a blast for my bachelorette party. Our pre- dinner activity finished a whole hour and a half before our reservation and they made it work to help me stay stress free for the evening. Aimee, our server, was so sweet and ensured my group of gals were taken care of the entire time. I highly recommend!“

“Excellent seafood. I eat seafood all the time and the shrimp here are large and of good quality. I got a rice bowl with curry sauce. The sausage crawfish and shrimp were plentiful. Curry sauce was fabulous with just the right amount of heat. I ordered medium hot. First time ordering and I will definitely be ordering again.“

“Went with my husband 2 weeks ago. The food was great and the atmosphere cozy. The food was really good. We had calamari for our app. Came out nice and hot. Very good and not chewy. I had hot honey chicken sandwich and my husband had smash burger. Fries were hot and crispy. Top notch food. No complaints there.

Service was a mix bag. Our server while made sure our drinks were always filled, seemed to have other people bringing our apps and dinner. Another server even took our dirty plates and asked if we needed anything else. Then our actual disappeared when we had finished eating. It took a fair bit of time for us to get our bill. I don't know of things were going on behind the scenes but it was a little annoying.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “Great find! Would never have guessed a gem in a little strip mall. Super clean and tastefully decorated. (I am bias to Roosters however) Top notch service! The place was hopping and the staff stayed on top of it. Chefs super friendly and thanked us for coming. Food was promptly brought out hot, coffee cup was never empty. “Was on vacation and looking foe a place to eat that was different and found Kitchen Social. We had the rolls with the honey butter and I had the mushroom pizza, my friend had another pizza and we both loved our food. The staff was awesome too. We enjoyed it so much that we went back the next day and tried sandwiches. Everything in this place is great.“

The room was perfectly sized and comfortable for our group. The food was good, but the service truly stood out: it was prompt, friendly, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful.
We highly recommend Mad Jack's for groups and look forward to returning soon for a typical lunch or dinner in the main restaurant/bar area!“

“First the good things. The menu is fun and has a lot of options. Our food was very good, we both had a seafood dish and the wood fired oysters is a tasty app. The drinks were also well made and tasty. The mediocre things. The staff was professional and efficient, but with no warmth or friendliness. I definitely prefer efficiency over chatty and forgetful, but they seemed overwhelmed and miserable. Finally, the seating is cramped and uncomfortable. This is more like communal seating than a private meal. Also, over a dozen staff members bump into my chair throughout dinner, which I am sure displeased them as much as me. In summary; great food, but about as comfortable as eating on a public bus at rush hour.“

“Gorgeous redesign, loved the menu, great service. Loved everything we ate... caesar salad, curry chicken and the crab & caviar. I don't usually love creme brûlée but the Bourbon creme brûlée was the best I've ever had! Chocolate pot was delightful, too. The attention to detail, care for fine ingredients, and presentation is very evident. Drinks - had the Smoked Rosewood and Pineapple Smash, will come back just for those drinks... or desserts. Great service as we remembered from Umami. Welcome back, great job!“

“Thankfully they were open late because we needed somewhere moderately priced with decent food to take my brother out for a birthday dinner. The food was a B-, service could have definitely been better and the atmosphere was average. Drinks could improve and steaks ordered were reasonable. Would go back but more so thankful for the late hours!“

“I talked my husband into going. We went on Friday evening, we sat at the bar, service was great. As we sat there I heard a saxophone with my back to the band. I asked my husband is that a sax I hear. He said yes. The band was good. My husband said "this is going to be my new go to place". Nice crowd.“

“We went for dinner on a Saturday night. I made the reservation for 5:30pm, but we were ready to eat at 5 when they opened. I asked if they could seat us and they did graciously. Our server, Madison, was very good. attentive but not hovering. She checked on us often. My dining companion had a specialty Christmas eggnog and I had the tequila flights. The eggnog was a little different in that it had kahlua as well as rum. It was delicious. The flights were varied and interesting. My friend had the salmon which she just kept raving about, saying she would get it every time we came. It had a spinach base with risotto and a bourbon sauce. I had the short ribs which fell off the bone and melted in my mouth. They came with candied carrots, brussel sprouts and grits. Perfect. We were so full, we skipped dessert. We love Millcreek. I think it is one of the best restaurants in any casino, except Vegas.“
