Incorrect order. Wrong items. No one answers the phone. I ordered through the KFC website, paid $48 for my order and I cannot reach anyone to somehow rectify this.
Paid extra to substitute wings for breasts and never received them. Chicken way over cooked. We've eaten our last KFC. Never again.

Some locations are very slow and understaffed, and the process of buying food can be annoying. The hot & spicy wings can be over breaded and the chicken too dry.
