“WARNING! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The food and service were horrible. They served burnt flour chips and didn't bring out a new order of them until the food had been served. Three of us were served burnt chimichangas, and my guacamole was old and bad (had a brown tint). When the server came back after 10 minutes to check on us, and I told him about the guacamole, I was offered more bad guacamole, but no replacement of my chimichanga that had the bad guacamole on it. I sent it all back and will not return to this Tres!”

“This is just a great Starbucks overall. The employees are great (in my experience) and the coffee is really good.

Getting the coffee in house with the glass mugs is totally worth it.”

“Bellacinos has quickly become one of mine and my husband's favorite places for dinner. We've tried the pizza, pasta and grinders... we are stuck on the grinders, so many to try! The employees always greet us and are very friendly even when it's a little hectic they make sure our food is good! we highly recommend them!”

“We will not be returning to eat there. Soft serve chocolate hasn't been available to customers in 2 months. we were told the machine has been broken. Hotdogs, hotdog sauce and cheese very low grade....Vietti, would've been better! Although, I'm Pretty sure it was Vietti. Fried mushrooms that were burnt, dried up mushroom inside of all 6 of them. Ranch dressing tasted old or stale. Husband's ice cream, Butter pecan, had an eye lash it!! It also tasted freezer burnt as well. We want to support local business, but this is not acceptable anymore.”

“The best Long Johns we have ever known. For years we ate here. We don't live in the area anymore and when we recently visited we did, sure enough, still served excellent food. Most of the Long Johns were we lived went out of business. The one in South Point is a gem.”

“I have always loved Wendy's however I seem to have a lot of difficulties at this particular Wendy's located in South point Ohio my order is constantly wrong the other day they allowed me to drive away without bank card and when I tried to call back to let them know I was on the way back to the store to pick it up there was no answer I continue to call 15 phone calls later still no answer I was forced to call my bank and cancel my card I do not like this Wendy's I'm constantly having problems with my orders being wrong or they don't give you condiments or they forget to give you spoons and straws it's always something I would really like to see them get it together sorry so long but it has been a nightmare and it's all been in the last month or so”

“Hospitality was great but the way my order was slopped together was not so great. I had to open my sandwich and evenly distribute everything on my sandwich and so of the ingredients like spinach was 3 or four leaves on the foot long. I didn't say anything because I was just wanting to ”

“On 4-5-22 we went through the drive thru and received a brown dried out italian cheese bread and asked for a fresher one. We were given the same cheese bread with butter and more of the herb/ parmesan seasoning on top. Apparently they think it's okay to serve dried out food that's been in the warmer for hours and it's also okay try to cover it up to deceive customers. This is the second old dried one I've received within the last 4 weeks. Didn't complain the first time. Gave them a chance to make it right this time but they obviously don't care about the quality of their food or customer service.”

“Simply the best taco bell around in my area! Always makes the limited time food and drinks to upmost perfection. Food is never cold or not done. Customer service is possibly the best taco bell customer service I've ever had. If I had specific names of employees I would definitely give every single one of them the best review possible and thank them all personally! Highly recommend if you're around the South Point area!”

“I personally didn't like what I had, but the service was great. It stays empty most of the time, so never really crowded.
If you like KFC it's a good one to go to, and directly off of the main road.”

“We went to Sonora this past Saturday and cannot express enough how awesome it was. Our waiter was PHENOMENAL. He was so sweet and took care of us as well as multiple other tables quickly and efficiently. I hope he knows how much we appreciate him and how nice he was to our little one. The Korean tacos with chicken are so good and their Birria is one of my favorite things to get. The taco salad was great as well. All of the food was hot and flavorful. We will absolutely be returning!”

“The people that are running the place are so sweet and accomodating! The drinks were delicious! There are so many choices to choose from. The lady who took my order told me that if I didn’t like the drinks that I ordered she could remake something else I might would like instead as they are new and still trying to get the measurements right with the recipes but there was no need, they were so good! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed! 🫶🏼”

“I went here today and it didn’t not disappoint. The tacos are amazing and I loved be the queso. The only thing I think they could improve on is the corn salsa. It was mostly just canned corn. With fresh corn and a little more pico to corn ratio, it could be as great as everything else there. Don’t get me started on the top shelf margarita. It was so much better than they typically are in Mexican Restaurants.”

“Perfect spot for a date night! We were drawn to this place for many reasons. From the history and atmosphere to the limited days/hours of service, we knew we were in for a treat. Service was consistent from the moment we arrived.
Chef James Hillen rivals some of the top Chefs that we have dined with. The food was FANTASTIC! Our steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection with an exceptional sear.
The garlic mashed potatoes were perfectly seasoned and prepared. The homemade mac and cheese was creamy with the perfect crust on top. The salad was a good portion size and tasted like it was freshly chopped and prepared.
The asparagus was cooked to perfection and perfectly seasoned. The crème brûlée was balanced and creamy with a delicious hardened caramelized sugar layer.
We can't brag on this place enough and definitely recommend this restaurant. This is a place we will dine at again!”
