Just spent almost 23 minutes in this Springboro location drive thru (with only 3 cars ahead of me). The boy taking the orders was rude and was mad that I wanted to use my Wendy’s app.
After spending almost 25 minutes in line, he never once apologized or spoke. Even when he handed out the food, he did so in a rude and unfriendly manner.

Ordered a taco salad and half cut sweet tea. Tea was not sweet at all and received an inedible salad with white film on cut tomatoes and brown lettuce. What a waste!
I placed an order in the app today at 10:19... I arrived at 10:22... No one was in line. As soon as I get to the speaker a girl comes over the speaker and says we are switching over to lunch please come back in 15 to 20 minutes. I said I placed an online order. Then after waiting a minute I said again I placed an online order... Nothing was ever said again by them... TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!
