So I did an online order at 6:58pm I was quoted a 25 minute wait. I came in at 7:30 to pick up And waited forever for someone to come to the front to greet me and check on my order. Was here Sunday around lunch time, most awkward experience I've ever had. Our server acted like he was out on cloud 9 kept bringing me diet coke when I ordered coke. Went this past Tuesday with 2 of my daughters for Happy Hour. While entering 3-4 employees were standing around the entrance and nobody greeted us. We went to the lounge area and sat waiting for someone to come greet us and take our order. No one came after 3-5 minutes.
