Got there almost an hour later than I had told them and they were kind enough to make my order fresh again. No side eye looks, no grumpy faces, every one of the workers were just smiling and working. “This skyline location was great and the server was attentive and professional. The coneys were delicious, especially with the skyline hot sauce. I also had the 3-way baked potato which was excellent. I would say a little more chili on the potato would have made it better, and perhaps a side of sour cream.“

“It had been many years since we had been to the Root Beer Stand so it was high time to come back. It had grown a fair amount since our last visit which was great to see. The place was really busy but they really are streamlined well and there was not a long wait time. There is a bit of indoor seating but a vast majority of the seating is at picnic tables outside around the area. Everything looked great all around the grounds although you must remember you are outside and there are a fair amount of bees around so beware of that. I had a footlong chili dog and fries which were excellent especially the chili dog. Also had to have a root beer float which was legendary as usual as their locally sourced root beer really is delicious. This is definitely an awesome place to go on a summer day for sure and it gets my highest recommendation.“

“I have been eating at the 747 Skyline since it opened and have never had a bad experience that was their fault. The food is always hot and fresh, the prices are typical with the market and I always leave satisfied. I read through the other reviews and can only think the other non-favorable reviews are either unrealistic or there was something else at play. This store is one of the best in the area. The staff would not disrespect anyone IMHO. I spend my money here because I know I will get good value for my dollars. I can go elsewhere and spend my money but I choose to spend it here.“

“Excellent as always never been to this location. There is private parking around the side, free of charge. They parking lot people will give you a black plastic piece which needs to be exchanged inside for a white one and parking is free. Thought that was pretty cool.“

“We came for a school fundraising night and it was PACKED. They had a mile long drive thru line too. Somehow the staff all had smiles among the chaos! They operated like a well oiled machine. I'm sure it was a stressful night for them, but they killed it!“

“I work over at the 513 wash across the street and I come here on my breaks sometimes, been doin that since November. This place has always been really friendly, peaceful, quiet, and the food is so good. I love my usual server, Amy, she's awesome. I walked in today and the cooks already knew my order, not even the Skyline in Delhi has that memorized, so it really added to the experience! This has to be my favorite location I've ever come to and I'm happy to call this my favorite place to go on lunch break and to work right across the street from! <3“

When I opened my food this evening someone had included a bit of candy with my cheese and it almost made me cry, it was so sweet and kind and made my whole night so much better! “One of my favorite things in the world. Always what you expect and always satisfying. On my latest trip to Ohio I was able to squeeze in 4 trips to Skyline in 6 days! They had a limited time special on Mac and Cheese Skyline, I had to try. Will not need to do it again - too heavy and to creamy cheessey that you loose the taste of the chili. I have been ordering the Greek Salad to increase the health benefits of Skyline and it is great. Not too many tomatoes for a Greek salad but also not too many onions.“

“This is a weirdly placed location. Not only is signage missing from one part of the building making me almost think they weren't in business anymore, but they're tucked behind two other buildings.

This ultimately means you just kinda have to... Know this location exists?

Aside from that, food was good, service was fine. Seems the employees forgot about me for a moment despite being a bit slow but the manager promptly offered a drink as an apology.

Truth be told I wasn't even mad, I honestly hadn't been there that long at all. Only 5 minutes or so. I'd say great service though considering they acknowledged it and tried to make it right even though I was perfectly fine.“

“This location is great! Oscar waited on us. I think he is the manager but short staffed so he helped us. He is fantastic. Very personable, easy going, and was cool with my parents (my dad) making bad jokes. Food is fantastic, good serving sizes. Very friendly!! Best Skyline in the area, hands down!“

“It’s a fast food place in a strip mall. Not sure how to rate atmosphere, it was clean and decent. I had chili dogs and tried the chili bowl. I like chili and chili hotdogs with cheese so I gave it 5 stars. Maybe not the best I’ve ever had the chili is a little sweet for what I usually have but it was still good. They had a drive through and takeout, optional sit down service was a surprise. The great attitude of the staff was nice and the complete opposite of restaurant staff here in California. It’s the kind of food you’d get at a county fair but I sort of expected that when I went in. Overall I thought it was great and inexpensive.“

“This iconic Cincinnati chili restaurant Skyline did not disappoint! We visited the local Oakley store, obviously a very busy location as the staff were working quickly and politely.

This very casual, low key almost fast food restaurant has good diner eats for nostalgic Americana with the full origin story of creator and Greek native - American dreamer, Adeeb Mislch

You can enjoy the Coney dog with/or without the chili done 3-4-5 way. To find out the difference you’ll have to visit. They also had summer special ice cream floats and funnel fries as well as small treats at the front. With tons of food under $30 for two in today’s restaurant eateries that’s a great value. Thanks for my first but not last visit to Skyline!“

“Great place, great food, wait staff recognizes my group and has no problem remembering our choices. I only didn't give this a perfect score as sometimes it gets very busy and they seem to have trouble with managing the extended area during those periods. Still kinda miss the old building but this was a definitely welcome and needed upgrade!“
