“My experience here today made me so glad of the honest workers at Currito across from Kenwood Towne Centre. I treated my mom to lunch here for the first time. I’ve been going for years. Will made my mom a special chicken and cheese burrito to which she loved. We made all the way back home to Burlington Ky just to find out her purse was left at Currito. I’m my mom caregiver and missed getting that for her. I called the store right away and Will put it in a safe place. I fought Tuesday afternoon traffic and was greeted as soon as I got there with my mom’s purse. So so thankful for Will and his co-workers keeping her purse in a safe place. Thank you so much! You saved me.

You can build your own bowl with a variety of grains, sweet potatoes, black beans, chickpeas, tofu, fresh vegetables, and plenty of other toppings, so it’s easy to create something different every visit. The staff were knowledgeable about which dressings were vegan, which I really appreciated. I had the hummus, harissa vinaigrette, and cashew vinaigrette, and they all paired well with the bowl. “I feel like a secret has been kept from me...I did a search for "smoothie near me", looking for a healthy smoothie to take to my husband who was stuck at UC West Chester. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! “Really great smoothies and food! A little overpriced, but they are not alone in that inflationary trap. The smoothies are 24 oz., so that does help on the cost, but it's still $7-8 for a smoothie. Appears to be a franchise that is family-owned and operated. Easy in and out, with plenty of parking. Order was made and received quickly. Friendly employees; some sketchy customers. I'm sure they are crazy busy in summer. I got the Mango Monster-it was excellent!“

“Stopped in this evening 30 minutes before close. Both of the employees were so nice and so wonderful, it was such a nice experience which makes me want to return. They deserve a raise! Chips are kept in a warmer and were fresh, even late, food tasted amazing and I loved all of the unconventional options! I had to take off a star because of the pricing and lack of kids meal options. Kids only have an option of a cheese quesadilla or black bean and rice bowl (no protein), no tacos, and this is really unfortunate. If your child likes anything more than that, you'll be paying $12 for a regular size bowl or burrito that they will eat 1/3 of. I'd love to see different kids options and more reasonable pricing. We love the employees here though, they made our night!“

“Me and my mom have been coming here for almost 2 years now — we started coming here because the coffees tasted just like the ones back in WA state; rich coffee, teas, and treats at a good price. The first year we came here, it was great customer service, they never messed up our drinks, and overall just a friendly environment to be in. Recently however, the drive to this coffee shop hasn’t been worth it. Our drinks have gotten repeatedly messed up, haven’t had very friendly encounters, and just overall felt like we weren’t welcomed. Making the 10-15 commute here used to feel so worth it, but it now feels like a gamble if I’m even gunna get what we paid for.

Look, I understand. I’m a barista myself and have worked a plenty of customer service/drive thru shops, yet there’s just no reason for that. If you don’t understand a customers order, it’s okay to say “I’m sorry, I didn’t quite catch that, what was it?” Or to repeat it back to them. Yes, people get frustrated, but it’s a whole lot better than giving something that’s completely not what they asked for and getting an angry customer.“
