“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“Just left the Norwood location and it was a great experience! The food was amazing and the service was nothing short of perfect! The staff was extremely personable and very inviting. It was the first time my girlfriend and I had been there and Ethan made sure that we were well taken care of! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend it!!“

“I had dinner here last weekend and honestly, everything was phenomenal. The heirloom tomato salad was refreshing on a summer evening. Their cod was tender, and the accompanying chimichurri sauce was divine that I could've slurped it. If you love bananas, you must order the banana bliss for dessert.

Now on to the not so good, which was unfortunate, as the service overall from everyone was friendly. However, the evening was nearly ruined by the waiter who had an extremely offensive body odor. I understand that while serving, you may work up a sweat. But if you're larger, you have to take extra measures (besides a soapy shower), such as wearing an undershirt, anti-perspirant, and men's body powder.

I won't let that deter me and will definitely visit again because Alara is truly a wonderful restaurant with a beautiful aesthetic and food to match.“

“Today, a friend and I came to Dewey’s for lunch. The waiter came by to inform us that an error had been made in our order and that we would be given our meal for free. We had not even been waiting that long, but that level of customer service is VERY hard to find. Kudos to Dewey’s. We will be back many times!“

“I have been to this location a couple times and always find it wonderful. Today it was hard-core raining and I had to go order. I waited for a while, but I was anxious to get home and eat. So I was gonna brave the rain. An employee asked me to wait. He went in the back and cut a large garbage bag lengthwise and he had another employee held it over my head like a tarp, walking me all the way to my car while they got wet. Then they went back for my little guy to walk him to the car as well. Really above and beyond Their responsibilities or expectations for service. But they were wonderful.“

I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! “Of course to me the Olive Garden is going to be good. Service is just as, if not more important to me than the food. My server was excellent. He was very personable and friendly. Has only downfall would be that he kept forgetting to bring my daughter a drink. The rest of the staff was genuinely friendly also. What I did not appreciate was the large table of loud teenagers they sat in the same area as older people and adults. It became hard to concentrate on our conversation and the food once they sat down. We packed our food, did not end up getting dessert and left quickly. Working as a hostess, you should know how to group certain people together. It ended our dining experience and lost your restaurant and the server additional money. How often do you think that has happened?. Lots of lost revenue not paying attention to details.“

“This location is in a shopping district which provides plenty of free parking. There is plenty of seating including tables, booths and high tops.
The restaurant is very clean. Menu items are fresh and well stocked.
The food is delicious and they have wide variety of drink selections.
The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of the best locations I've been to. Highly recommend. And say hello to the manager Manibel, she is amazing. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“
