Well at least they're not begging for tips. I get it you're making the same stuff a hundred times a day but simple requests like no sour cream and put everything in the bag shouldn't be that difficult. So is it incompetence or lack of caring? If it was rare I'd say just a mistake but look through the reviews it's not rare. To y their credit they tried to make it right but still got it wrong, just less wrong.
