Chicken Wings near Stow

“My son ordered chicken and jojo's from this place. They were really good and was reasonably priced. I can say they were busy watching the people go in and out of this business. The parking lot is the worst part just trying to get into a parking space but the food was good.“

“The wings aren't bad at all. My qualm lies with the (lack of) sauce choices and pricing. If there were a more diversified assortment with a better spicy to not spicy ratio and/ or are fairly reasonable price range, then this franchise in general would be amazing! As for this establishment, I like that they have seating (albeit limited) and that their dining area is open late in an area that sees other places closed hours prior, some the staff could definitely at least try to be a little more personable. Not to say any were rude or displayed actions unbecoming! Just that some absolutely refuse to address any patrons when they are the only employees in sight, regardless if you're cooking or not. Otherwise, if you want wings and no one else viable is open, you will be happy to have them here!“

“Ordered 2 pizzas on line - a 1st for me, couldn't figure out how to change size, so kept them large. Nice kid greeting you when entered. My wife and I liked our pizza a lot. Now have lunch and snack, glad got large.“

“I will be honest, I haven’t eaten there yet but just had the greatest experience that restored my faith in humanity just a little bit. I was in the Akron area for training with TNVC and I assume my iPad was stolen. Today it pinged at someone’s house and then it pinged in the parking lot of the Basement a few hours after I locked it and left a message for the would be thief. I called and spoke with Stephanie, and after explaining what had happened she was king enough to walk to the parking lot while I pinged it. The thief had dumped my iPad in the dumpster, thankfully not too deep. I just wanted to say that Stephanie was amazing for being such a good person and helping someone with no expectation of receiving anything in return. Next time my family and I are in the Akron/waterloo area I will make sure I patronize The Basement if only to help repay a bit of the kindness shown! This is how a neighborhood restaurant does it!“

“First experience wasn’t good with the AI order system, but the restaurant apologized for the error and sent a coupon so I gave them another try. The food is delicious!!! The hot honey pizza (no pepperoni please) is unbelievably good! The garlic sticks- yummm! Caprese Salad- fresh and delish! The delivery driver was prompt and courteous as well. Will definitely order from there again.“
