This is my local restaurant. Went there on Wednesday after pre-ordering the day before on Tuesday for a pickup of (2) lunch $8.99 meals and a $6.99 biscuits and gravy for me and my elderly friend Barb in Parma for Thanksgiving Thursday. We went in on Saturday evening, the manager came out and told us it would be about a 5 minute wait, that she only had 2 waitresses. No problem waiting… one of the waitresses came up and got the couple that came in after us, saying she couldn’t take a party of 3 only a party of 2. We stood there another 15 minutes and nobody ever came to seat us.
