“I made an order on my way to pick up my son from school. I figured it would be convenient since the timing was right. I got my kiddo and headed over to the Gioninos. When I got there my order was rang in wrong and only half was made. So now my 15 min wait was going to be 1/2 hour. I have hungry kiddos and just wanted to bring some food home quick. The girl at the counter was super nice and owned up to the error. I appreciated that! She wanted to make it right so she offered us a 2L pop, added in a free slaw, and got the manager and we got 10$ off. The girl made it right. And so did the owner/manager. Being in that industry is tough. I know that most Gioninos are franchised and personally owned. I appreciate the effort that was put in to make it work out for both parties and we will be returning customers!! They were happy to offer a beverage while we waited. Thanks!!! 😊“

“Heard of this place decided to stop in and try it out the general manager which happened to be behind the bar was real friendly greeting me and going over the menu ordered chips and salsa, a al pastor taco and two shrimp tacos which were really delicious and quality service was fast food was good everyone was friendly definatly recommend this show them some love did try it but they also have brunch breakfast and lunch menu plus tacos I'll be back to try some of the brunch stuff 5 out of 5“

“Troy Grille is SO good! Everything is super fresh and made to order and they are generous with toppings. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. Great place to have a delicious Mediterranean feast. We had a steak gyro sub, chicken shawarma wrap, beef shawarma rice bowl and a burger, stuffed grape leaves and tiramisu. All were SO good. If you are getting for lunch and have to go back to work I would recommend ordering ahead because everything is made to order.“

“I’ve been coming here for a few years for breakfast and lunch. They provide the true American diner experience. Staff is very friendly and attentive, even when usually very busy for lunch service. Very menu option I’ve tried has been great. The country fried steak is delicious and a fan favorite with our group. Their knockout burger is phenomenal as well. You can taste the quality of the meat and ingredients they use. Do yourself a favor (and a laugh) and tip the kitchen! Keep up the great work.“

“Aladdin's is one of my favorite places to grab lunch in Hudson. I hesitantly went when a Specialist at The Cleveland Clinic advised me to eat a Mediterranean diet. So I went to Aladdin's and had a Superfood Salad. I next had the Taza Chicken salad. Then I started getting everything. I have yet to get something there that isn't good. It's one of the healthier places to eat, as everything has fresh and crisp ingredients. The staff is very friendly as well. I'll add some photos to this, but do stop in and give them a try!“

“We recently hosted a lunch for ten in the party room at Mad Jack's in Aurora, and it was a fantastic experience.
The room was perfectly sized and comfortable for our group. The food was good, but the service truly stood out: it was prompt, friendly, and the entire staff was incredibly helpful.
We highly recommend Mad Jack's for groups and look forward to returning soon for a typical lunch or dinner in the main restaurant/bar area!“

“If you want to sit there and wait 30 to 45 minutes for your food to come and for it to be cold and then the owner tells you that if you can't wait that long then you shouldn't eat at a sit down restaurant that's very pitiful carry out business to go business is more important than the people that sit in the restaurant. you see other people's food being delivered and yours not even coming and their excuses not to sit there in a restaurant that takes 30 to 40 minutes because of poor service not even asking you for refills if you would like on a drink I would never go back there again arrogant Thai Owners I went here from out of state because of reviews never again on a visit. “Interesting set up. Order food and drinks up top. Take a marker and your drinks to your table, wait staff brings food out when ready. If you want drinks you must go get them. Someday this place will be completed. Kitchen seams at capacity now. Not a fan of their service model, however food , specialty bears and drinks are top notch. Bar service is fast and friendly. The special menu is not easy to find. Ask- it will be worth it. Recommend getting there early to get an umbrella. The sun can get hot.“

Very attentive and knowledgeable and as a bonus, a charismatic personality. Coming from a former server for 5 years, these are now rare qualities with servers.“

However, I thought the 3% up charge for using a credit card vs cash to pay the bill was a bit petty due to the already inflated menu prices. This left me wondering; why the owner thought it was more important to cover their $5 cost at the expense of me returning again?“
