You can either have full service or order and they will bring your food when ready. We opted for the latter but it was almost no different than full service. The staff were all welcoming and attentive.

Our family of 4 had a good variety of the menu and all food was fresh and tasty. Salad, nachos, kids grilled chicken, brussels, and the littlest had pick 3 sides (genius option).

I love to get the grilled steak dip sandwich, dont forget to add the sautéed mushrooms and onions. Dipping this bad boy into the aus jus... IS MAGICAL!! 🤩 the steak is the perfect thickness with great texture, each bite getting that gooey cheese, then sautéed onions and mushroom chunks ... Soooo delightful!! After running late and even getting stuck in our hotel elevator, the staff was incredibly gracious, giving us extra time for our reservation and welcoming us warmly when we arrived. The restaurant was busy but still felt open, elegant, and inviting, and we were seated quickly despite the crowd. Our server was fantastic—attentive, patient, and kind. I ordered the Wood Grilled NY Strip* with broccoli and a Caesar Salad, and everything was cooked to perfection. My date had the Firebirds® Chicken Pasta with spicy Asiago cream sauce, and it was just as phenomenal. The food was flavorful, beautifully presented, and truly exceeded expectations. I didn't order from the bar, but it looked stunning and inviting. Instead, I enjoyed their strawberry lemonade, which was delicious and refreshing. Between the excellent food, the warm and attentive service, and the lovely atmosphere, Firebirds easily became a new favorite for me. Prices were very fair for the quality, and I can confidently say this was a 10/10 experience. I'll absolutely be coming back and highly recommend Firebirds to anyone looking for a more than pleasant dining experience.“

“Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“

We've been dying to eat at the Two One since following them on IG and drooling at their seasonal menu. So glad we finally did it. Service was okay but server hardly came back to our table. Had to hunt down our server for drinks though. “In my humble opinion , for a chain it's the best place for breakfast . Everything is made to order and appears to be made from quality ingredients.
Staff at all First Watch are very friendly and seem to really enjoy working with there.
Anytime I have a choice for breakfast, it'll always be First Watch.

Parking: It's located in a newer strip mall and sits on the west side of US 23 probably halfway between Delaware and the road that takes you to Polaris.

“First Watch does it right. Their meals are definitely a step above other breakfast places. Their food has a unique flair, not just the usual menu items you find at most other restaurants. They don’t cater to kids, which makes the dining experience nicer. We like the Westerville location because it has a better atmosphere, and a covered patio for when the weather is nice.“

You honestly can’t hardly tell the difference between that and the regular crust, it’s that good. We got both today, just to test things out and we are sold on the cauliflower crust. So, keto peeps and if you’re watching carbs, definitely treat yourself to a Classics pizza. The bar is SO CLEAN and the bartender was so friendly and pours a great drink. “This is an all time favorite in my hometown of Westerville Ohio. You can count on a delicious breakfast or brunch from a large menu. Fabulous staff are always friendly and courteous. “Our first time eating here, we enjoyed our meals and the ser ice was very good. Our server Preston was very nice and recommended to my wife to order from kids menu to get a single patty burger, it was still a pretty big burger. The fries were fresh hot and many, I had the tots, they were OK but I liked the fries better. Fish and chips very good, a large piece of breaded fish well seasoned. Over all I would give them a very good rating.“
