The temperature was hot and the soup was flavorful without being salty. The portion was big and a good value for the price. The salad was TERRIFIC. I had the Raspberry Poppy Seed Pecan Salad. Again great value for the huge bowl. I live a colorful salad and this was definitely colorful with the mandarins, pecans, pickled red onions, cucumbers, feta, etc. Before adding the dressing I tried the salad and it was very good with the honey drizzle on top. I added the dressing and it was also very good. You can't go wrong with or without tge dressing. Lastly the customer was great. Aiden took my order and he was very pleasant and patient as I reviewed the menu. He was also helpful with my selections. All around great experience, very good food and customer service at this location.“

“Food isn’t always consistent, we live close and stop by often. Yesterday bartender seemed new and talked a lot while trying to make an order but usually good consistent service. But the food was GREAT last night better than normally, ordered a steak it was made medium rare perfectly usually they just make it well done no matter what. Great cook also D is a great bartender“

Burdock root - ueong, 우엉 Stirfried Anchovies-Myeolchi bokkeum, 멸치볶음 Seaweed - Gim-김 Red snapper would work for a protein! Look at black garlic as a soy sauce sub for people with hypertensive issues. Trumpet mushrooms or enoki mushrooms? Lotus root? Water chestnuts? Marin usually has high fructose corn syrup and that's horrific for your health. By the way, Radish kimchi aka. Kkakdugi, 깍두기 is very well liked by non-Koreans and Koreans. You can make panjeon with red lentil batter instead of wheat flour. Rice paper is another good gluten free ingredient. Then you can serve us in house, seated on the floor sitting on cushions, shoes off on a low table in metal bowls, with metal spoons and chopstics and KTrot or soccer playing on a huge flat screen tv. KTrot, think Ms. Trot on Chosun TV, Golden Oldies on KBS, etc. You're making me homesick! Carpe Diem!“

“I just gotta say that when I went to the counter with my empty cup to get a refill, the man who took my order waved at me and called me by name. He remembered my name. He then asked me to remind him what I was drinking and apologized for not remembering, saying that he usually remembers what people were drinking. My mind is blown. That's crazy awesome and impressive. All this was in a busy mall too, and the line was overfull when I ordered. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get his name, but I know he was wearing a bluish polo shirt and that his dedication is next level. This guy deserves a raise“
