Trumpet mushrooms or enoki mushrooms? Lotus root? Water chestnuts? Marin usually has high fructose corn syrup and that's horrific for your health. By the way, Radish kimchi aka. Kkakdugi, 깍두기 is very well liked by non-Koreans and Koreans. You can make panjeon with red lentil batter instead of wheat flour. Rice paper is another good gluten free ingredient. Then you can serve us in house, seated on the floor sitting on cushions, shoes off on a low table in metal bowls, with metal spoons and chopstics and KTrot or soccer playing on a huge flat screen tv. “I love Bibibop! The food is so fresh and you can change your meal and flavor up at each visit. The salmon is one of my favorites and I also love the crispy chicken. This Westerville store in particular is very, very clean and the general manager, Bao, was so very helpful when I was having trouble with my app. He gave me instructions that worked and really gave me personalized service. My daughter has Celiac disease and this is one of the few safe restaurants where she can eat safely. It's all gluten free and delicious!“
