“This is our second time choosing this Donut shop (well this morning will be our third visit) and the flavors, the crisp on the edges, the softness, the freshness AND the kindness, helpfulness and patience that the dear sweet lady has that is currently working there.This is a fantastic place, I hope it will stay around for a long time because I love surprising my children with donuts every now and then. (Because I’m too lazy to make them lol)“

“I have been enjoying Donuts Palace donuts since I was a kid and they were located at Gettysburg and Salem. I'll never forget the Indian mannequin sitting inside. ? The donuts have gone through different transitions over the years- especially the cake donuts. They're different and not as tasty to me.The traditional glazed rings and twists, however, are always on point, especially early in the morning. I now pick up donuts for my faculty and staff at school and they love them, too!“

“As an Englewood resident we love just a short drive over here to the Donut Palace. My daughter always loves the donuts here and the creative selections that they have. They have a huge selection much like other famous places south of town. The batter taste is spot on, the blueberry ones are amazing. The staff always has a smile and are genuinely warm-hearted which is a rarity these days. Thank you for serving the trotwood and surrounding communities we appreciate everything that you do.“

“I love the owner , typically this is a fantastic restaurant but lately the service has not been up to their normal standards and the food and latte s have not been up to their typical standards. I hate leaving a bad review as I am a restaurant manager but they can’t fix what they don’t know. I have had 3 cold grilled cheese, an employee that gave me the wrong order and expected me to take it and pay for it and was rude. We are all going through a difficult time getting reliable and good employees , and keeping our standards where we expect them to be so I still recommend this location, I m simply posting so the owner knows there are areas that need to be addressed.“
