“I had to come in here right off the highway parked my truck in the parking lot went in. The smell is amazing. Nice and clean in here and very fast. I was in and out in no time I got an Americano since it was my first time in the salsa and chips and that was the best $17 I’ve ever spent. I’ll be back again“

“I've been working in tip city for a couple months I always c stopped in about every mornings breakfast was good.coffee was ok until cut go a little cool.over all every thing was good .except I notice there several tables were very messy from nite before and notice out in the play was a mess seen badly diaper throw on floor by trash cans.them on my last two weeks in may wen I came in in the morning it was a big turn around. Musta got a good janitor the place and bathrooms were spotLess .If I ever come back to tipping city ill be back to MC donalds.I hope so ever was ding the cleaning is Wii there.the was the flames MC consoles around II gig you a A PLUS.“

“This location was recently remodeled to add additional seating and improved the efficiency of the drive-thru. The food and service levels are typically excellent. My wife ordered the 8 count chicken nuggets today. She only received 7 and the majority of them were very small and lukewarm. I discussed the issue with Shanequa, one of the Chick Filet team members. She immediately addressed the issue and replaced the nuggets with a new fresh hot order. We appreciate that she took the initiative and provided excellent customer service! Thank you Shanequa!“

“The gentleman we dealt with was Ashton. He took our order, specifications and all, delivered our food (correctly) within minutes, offered fresh cheese and all and was professional, polite , cheerful and friendly the entire time. You would have thought we were at a 5-star rated $200 a plate establishment given the service we were provided! “Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“While visiting Troy I stayed close to this location. Was looking for something quick and unique to eat for dinner. I read the reviews for this location and noticed a lot of older reviews weren't very positive. So I sorted by newest and it appears this location is back on track. Upon entering was told I could sit where id like. There were 7 tables at that time with customers. I ordered a small 3 way and a coney dog. The service was fast with my food arriving within 10 minutes. The food was good. No issue with water or grease that was mentioned in older reviews. This location seems to have corrected whatever issues there was in the past. Recommended.“

“This is one of our required stops on our way to Illinois. Always friendly service and a clean restaurant. Food is hot and quickly served. Tried the new Chicken Chili on this trip and loved it. Different than the beef in its own way and just as delicious. The oyster crackers with Skyline hot sauce are a great appetizer whether or not they are supposed to be. Looking forward to our next trip.“

I lived in New Jersey for a few years (many years ago) and I missed the Wawa experience. After driving an hour one way to get to this location, the only thing that was a little sad was that there was no Wawa merchandise to purchase. I remember buying reusable coffee cups, stuffed Wawa goose items, etc. I did find a bag that's meant to keep things cool, so I did buy that.

“This chick fil a location in Huber Heights is amazing, not sure what all these haters are talking about. Always fast with it, staff is amazing and food ALWAYS FRESH AS F.…. Foods always good. Only complaints are, selling Dasani water…. crazy behavior. Some sundays I do be craving chick fil a BUT yall closed 😑 Other than that this place is perfect in every way and any Karen’s throwing negativity and go “enjoy” McDonald’s or some other mid fast food restaurant.“

We went an hour out of our way home *just* to have dinner at the A&W, and I'm *so* glad that we did! It really was a nice place to unwind for a wee bit after traveling all day. “This store is under new management and the manager truly cares about her customers and everybody's well-being. The Store was very clean. The food was amazing. “The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“On 9/7/24 after 2pm a female worker that was darkskin and I think she had dreadlocs serviced me. From the very beginning she was polite. He never seemed aggravated. I did not get his name but he was fantastic. We had to wait about 10 min to place our order but that was ok. He is a keeper.
