“Im not sure what it is about Tipp City, but they seem to have the best fast food restaurants. I've never had a bad meal or a wrong order and my food is always hot when I receive it at this Wendy's. When my little one asks if we can get Wendy's I always drive to this one because of their consistency. Great job team 😊“

“I was ordering food after a long day. My daughter had had surgery. My debit card had been flagged for fraud. I had already called and had it taken care of and my card reactivated as it had been blocked due to suspicious activity. I then couldn't pay at the window. I explained to the girl at the window that I had just spoken to someone who should have released my card. I apologized and asked if she could hold my food for a minute while I called back. I called and again they told me my card was released and could be used. I pulled back around to the drive thru window and again my card declined for suspected fraud.🤦‍♀ the firl then went to ask how she could clear the screen as I then called my credit union directly. The manager came back and said she was going to comp mynorder because she heard I was having so many issues with my bank. I couldn't believe it! I thanked her repeatedly but had to move on because by this time I was holding up the drive-thru line. Injust want to say they wer e ao sweet and patient with me on such a bad/long day. “It's always such a treat to have Skyline, as we don't have one near us. This location is extremely clean. The food was just as it should be, and it was prepared and served at lightning speed. We sat next to the food prep station, and the employees were all very friendly and polite with customers and each other. Our server, Cecelia, was excellent. She's so friendly and professional. Thank you to everyone at Skyline for a wonderful lunch!“

“While visiting Troy I stayed close to this location. Was looking for something quick and unique to eat for dinner. I read the reviews for this location and noticed a lot of older reviews weren't very positive. So I sorted by newest and it appears this location is back on track. Upon entering was told I could sit where id like. There were 7 tables at that time with customers. I ordered a small 3 way and a coney dog. The service was fast with my food arriving within 10 minutes. The food was good. No issue with water or grease that was mentioned in older reviews. This location seems to have corrected whatever issues there was in the past. Recommended.“

“Went to Culver's in Troy a week ago. Spent $40+ and drove back to Piqua before I realized that they forgot 2 burgers. Not cheap burgers either. Called them and instead of telling me to come pick them up, they said they would send me a coupon in the mail. So my daughter and I had sides for dinner(pretzels and fries). Today I take my coupon for the food I already paid for and the Manager Katrina said that the coupon only was for one sandwich and refused to give me all my food I had already paid for and waited a week to get reimbursed on. Katrina said that I should have kept my receipt. Even though they sent me a coupon. To make it worse 2 teenage looking girls stood behind the manager at the window laughing and talking about me trying to get my food. I asked Katrina their names to include in the complaint but she refused to give the names. I asked for the General Managers name and she said it was Cheryl, but she was not in today. Very frustrating. All I want is what I paid for. Not sure how to get it. Plan to call the GM, call corporate(closed until Monday), write reviews everywhere I can.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“We actually stopped by this McDonald's location 2 times yesterday and I was Very impressed, Especially with a young man named Shannon that was wearing a reflective vest and proficiently operating the register, while simultaneously delivering orders to waiting customers outside, but he was also helping filling orders,I'd chance to say that young man is going to go somewhere in life and I'd say he's got promotions coming in the near future, Also the restroom and the over all restaurant and even the parking lots were exceptionally clean !!!!! Kudos to the cleaning staff,I can only imagine the hard work you all put in on a daily basis to maintain the clean environment of the McDonald's located in Vandalia Ohio on National road“

“I've yet to eat my food, but they have to do something with their choice of lighting. Maybe a weird criticism, but it's just not very inviting. Felt like I was going to identify a body rather than pick up lunch. My only other slight jab its the portions were rather skimpy. I'm sure they're good people and deserve your business.
