Arby's in Toledo

“I stop here every night before work and the staff has always been great, The food is very good and I love how friendly everyone is. Thank you for making my experience great. The night shift is awesome that works there.

“I ordered a diablo chicken sandwich and it was just the piece of chicken with a piece of cheese and some jalapenos. no sauce, lettuce or anything else..completely disappointed especially when you pay alot of money for a meal and you dont get it. cant call and talk to the manager because it rings once and they hang up.“

“I like Arby's but I don't usually go there because I'm not a deli meat kinda eater but since I just found out about their new burgers I had to go try and let me just say it was really good I had the bacon cheddar burger and it was really good of course five guys and Colvers are a better choice but you cannot go wrong with this one as well!!“

“The food can take a little while to come but very rarely have I have a order be wrong. If it was it was fixed. Also my server Gabriel was fantastic. Could not praise him more. Kind, friendly, seems like he actually cares about your experience. He deserves a raise“

“Great location and have always had good food and friendly employees. Super bummed they don't have 5 pepper sauce anymore. That will greatly reduce the number of times a year I ear at Arby's at any location. Please pass that along my disappointment to the higher ups about the 5 pepper sauce. However, this is a great location and I am never disappointed here.“

“My husband and I go here frequently when we are looking for a quick lunch. Staff here is always working hard despite being short-handed like everywhere and they always get our food correct without any issues. It does seem like there is always someone else giving them a hard time when we are here. Whether it is someone from drive through or someone in the lobby. Just a reminder that they are human and they are the ones that showed up to work. Yelling at them for something they can't control does nothing except make you look like a jerk.“

“We actually came through right after they opened on Friday morning but they weren't fully ready for business because there was some company there replacing the chemical tubing we were told. So we asked a nice young lady named Hailie if she would help us please get some milkshakes. Not even 2 minutes later we drove away with our shakes, mission accomplished. But I hope you're aware of how awesome Hailie's customer service skills are! Stop by and have her serve you sometime, you'll be glad you did!“
