Omg! I'm beyond thankful for the supervisor Ryan. I placed an online order, but it was for the wrong location. Ryan then assisted me with canceling my order on the app and I am able to hopefully get my points put back onto my account. The place was very clean and the employees were very nice. Great job Ryan! I wish all of the chipotles were ran like this one.
Go in person, don't use the Chipolte App. It is very glitchy. Several times in the past my card has been charged and the order never received. Chipotle has NO customer service. You cannot call the location to ask if your order went through. You can't speak to a live human to get a refund when there is an issue. They only have a very poorly coded bot who doesn't understand most issues and won't offer up any solutions. The workers at this actual location are lovely and deserve a...read full review
