Chipotle Mexican Grill Reviews
The food was wonderful as always. The service was very slow. I had to repeat my order a couple of times. Other than the slow service, the food was very good.
The young white woman with the colorful dreads needs to be a little more aware of what’s she’s touching and cleaning while she’s gloved and preparing food. I watched her wipe down her station, restock food, smash the trash with a lid and slightly touch her hair and not once did she change her gloves. That’s gross. She was offended that I asked her male counterpart to prepare my food by saying “I get it” which I don’t think she does.
Good tasting food, long lines, and small portion sizes from the guy who is almost always making the bowls. They were out of forks and napkins and it was only noon. Outdoor seating is nice though.

Chipotle Mexican Grill offers a mixed dining experience. While some dishes may lack flavor compared to other Chipotles, the restaurant is a good spot for a quick meal with no wait and fast service. The food quality can be inconsistent, and the overall cleanliness and staff friendliness vary. However, the staff can be very helpful; for example, a young employee named Denzel showed patience and kindness when explaining ingredients to an elderly customer, demonstrating excellent customer service. The restaurant is kid-friendly, wheelchair accessible, and has easy parking in front of the store. Vegetarian options are limited to salads, with no vegetarian protein options available. It may be challenging for those with allergies due to the fast food environment. Overall, despite some inconsistencies, many find it a convenient place to stop quickly.
