I get that they are busy, but they need to close down. Carry out awful, drive through awful, mobile online ordering awful. Today I placed an order and they ran out of chicken tenders. Couldn’t offer me a refund or any other replacement chicken option, but to reach out to online customer service that could be lying. Please just close down.

Horrendous. I placed an order through the app. Gave about 15-20mins before my arrival. I arrive at 9, an hour before closing time. I pull on the door, its locked. Thats strange. They close at 10. someone opens the door and asks me if I have an order. I said yes, and my name. They then proceed to say they dont have my order because they sold out of everything.
