I have been to this sonic a few times. The workers do get very frustrated. I was charged with the wrong order through drive thru and they tried to give me the wrong order. I corrected them at the window and I could see that the lady at the window was frustrated. She was still pleasant with me and wanted to get it corrected. Food said it was coming when it wasn't then said we had it but we didn't so we had no clue what was happening, my order was wrong but on receipt it was correct
You're either an onion on your chili dogs person or not. If you screw that up, you're unredeemable. Especially if you got it at the drive thru and cant correct it.
