Waited I20 minutes for the wrong coffe, I ordered a Brown Sugar Latte with oatmilk. They forgot the Brown Sugar and Cinnamon. I informed them it did not taste like a Brown Sugar Latte and they saw it was not entered as a Brown Sugar Latte. Of course, I am not in good mood after waiting for 20 minutes not knowing it would take that long. And all they could say would you like me to add Brown Sugar. Sure an in store store but really nice staff and fast service. Clean counters. And no long waiting’s.
Jazelle is the best barista ever! She's always friendly, remembers me and says hi whenever I come in. She does a fantastic job and thought you all should know.
