“My wife and I were celebrating her birthday month with a trip to the Hollywood Casino and a dinner at The Final Cut. The Casino floor was friendly to my wife but Miss Roxie at The Final Cut was even friendlier.  The food was very good but the service was exceptional.  We are always impressed with genuine, good natured people. Especially during these temperamental times. Roxie is a first class human being who happens to serve up the good food that is offered. The Final Cut is lucky to have her on staff. And we will likely return because good people are a joy to be around.“

“My fiancé and I ate here tonight. The food was good however we ordered the cheese fries and they came out with just cheese on them when the menu described bacon on it. I asked our waiter Seth and he said it would be 50 cents for a cup of bacon bits when we have gotten it before. My fiance got the New York strip and like any other time our server has him cut into it he did not. He didn’t have the best attitude and we ate our dinner with empty dishes on the table so there wasn’t much room. Dessert wasn’t mentioned after we were done. We’ve been to this location a few times and never had an issue but tonight was a little disappointing. I would say the food was great but the service could have been better“

“We had a large group for Mother's Day. The hostesses were a little overwhelmed with the large crowd there. They did the best they could. The food was very good and worth coming back for. I do want to point out 1 worker that was exceptional. KP was his name. This young man was polite and did not stop running the entire time we were there. He would make a great manager there. “We went as a family. My husband, myself, and 3 kids. The staff are sweet and friendly and attentively vigilant. The food is almost as good as getting made from home, and the quality is worth the price. Those who end up going there to eat as well are friendly and kind as well. Everyone was enjoying my 1¼year old daughter smiling and playing with them.“
