“My fiancé and I ate here tonight. The food was good however we ordered the cheese fries and they came out with just cheese on them when the menu described bacon on it. I asked our waiter Seth and he said it would be 50 cents for a cup of bacon bits when we have gotten it before. My fiance got the New York strip and like any other time our server has him cut into it he did not. He didn’t have the best attitude and we ate our dinner with empty dishes on the table so there wasn’t much room. Dessert wasn’t mentioned after we were done. We’ve been to this location a few times and never had an issue but tonight was a little disappointing. I would say the food was great but the service could have been better“

The table across from us was absolutely atrociously behaved but Shawna kept her cool and served them kindly and professionally, while also managing all her other tables with grace. “Each time I’m going to Black rock I like to sit at the bar the bar of Beth❤️ is amazing when she makes my favorite smoky old-fashioned. No other restaurant knows how to get it like Beth❤️ does at Black rock then the waiters all the other girls and guys continue to check on you to making sure that you are being intended to and taken care of and the chefs the way they are and grill salmon is incredible. Everything they make even just a salad is impeccable. Black rock is on my list of favorites. I get to go in there get on my laptop and charge it at the same time while charging my phone because they have USB plugs underneath the bar and I get to make my online bets while watching the flatscreen TVs over the bar looking at all the sports I recommend in Black rock“

“Our server never came to our table once dinner was served to ask if everything was okay. When I asked for dinner rolls she said, oh didn't I bring you any? You could plainly see there was no basket on the table. We were never asked if we would like dessert. We were very disappointed in our service this time“
