“Mid lunch rush with a line of people in the dining room, there were two corporate men in Navy sweatshirts and one woman in a gray sweatshirt , all with Wendy's logos on them. Took me about 15 minutes to get my food. That kitchen needed help and they did not provide it.“
“Most amazing food and service that I've gotten in awhile especially in toledo ohio... I thank everyone on the Sunday shift from the deepest part of my heart and wanna say keep up the amazing work... everyone was so friendly and they were too quick even giving me fresh food I'm flabbergasted at how amazing this Wendy's is and definitely will be coming back alot more for lunch!! Definitely one of the cleanest fast food places I've seen in awhile as well thank you!!“
“It's hard to beat a Wendy's single meal with a Frosty. I mean what else would you dip your fries into if not a Frosty. If you order with the app on your phone for pickup, you can get some super deals. They just rebuilt the Wendy's here on Front and Main streets. It's well laid out and the parking lot is sooo much better. Inside the store is clean and well kept. The staff here are very friendly.
Parking: The new parking lot is on the East side of the building. You need to access it off of First St.
Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and a decent kiddie menu.
Wheelchair accessibility: With the rebuild, they made it very wheelchair accessible. There are multiple parking spots for wheelchair vans and smooth ramps on the sidewalks. They have automatic doors also“
“My daughter and I stopped in to try the SpongeBob Special Sauce burger. It was simply thousand island dressing and was not worth it. It's unfortunate but I think Wendy's food is just mediocre these days. However the woman taking our order was very friendly and polite. Our food was prepared in a short period of time“
“Showing some love because I’ve never had an issue at this location.I wanted to shout out the young man who brought my food out to me. He complimented my mustache, which I’ve been self-conscious about (we’ll call it a shaving accident ?).Thanks for doing your jobs and being personable. Not enough of that these days lol“
“Drive thru order for two people. Simple orders, nothing off menu or adjustments like "hold the..." and it like 12 minutes to get our food. With no one in front of us. I'm not sure of the staffing issue at this location, but slow is the description I'm using. And the food is underwhelming. Wendy's used to be burger pattys hanging over the edge of the bun, or the chicken was way bigger than the bun for the chicken sandwich. Now the value seems to have disappeared. Smaller portions and higher prices. And the "sauced nuggets" weren't even sauced. Drizzled possibly. Disappointing trip to Wendy's. Hope things improve...“
“Me and my coworker came to dine in last week. We had to take down a few houses worth of Christmas decorations for our clients and it was a day of freezing rain. The wonderful woman behind the counter not only was incredibly kind but genuinely curious about our work and why we were soaking wet whiners. We sat down with our food and because I got fresh fries and my friend didn't, he insisted his were fine and didn't want the nice woman to trouble herself, the worker brought him out piping hot fries to replace his and insisted he eat them and not the "old" ones. I wish I had caught her name. I will make sure I go and make sure I call corporate to compliment her. Work ethic outstanding, her care for the company image and customers is enoughof a reason.“
“It was better than the wendys over on Monroe and Detroit as far as food goes. They corrected my kids sandwich, super nice. The "big" bosses came In like 5 deep n started tearing the dinning room apart trash cabinets and all. Staff seemed cool. But apparently there is a uniform shortage and the GM made someone clock out due to lack of uniform. Guy had a good point though , how can u expect someone to have a clean uniform working open to close for a week and not give them more than 1 uniforms.“
“The staff was very friendly and the food was served in a sufficient time without a drawn out wait.. the cashier was friendly and very polite.. I have returned a few times based on the staff and service..
