Wendy's in Toledo

“We dont eat a ton of fast food, so it took a minute to decide what to get. The staff was patient and informative. We got kids meals. Great value for what we paid. The food was hot and fresh. We both got burgers. We are used to getting more toppings on our burger, but for the price we were satisfied with our order. Would love to have a STEM based toy vs just a plastic toy that is not interactive and will end up in the garbage dump. We will stop here again when looking for a quick meal.“

“The staff was very friendly and the food was served in a sufficient time without a drawn out wait.. the cashier was friendly and very polite.. I have returned a few times based on the staff and service..

“Most amazing food and service that I've gotten in awhile especially in toledo ohio... I thank everyone on the Sunday shift from the deepest part of my heart and wanna say keep up the amazing work... everyone was so friendly and they were too quick even giving me fresh food I'm flabbergasted at how amazing this Wendy's is and definitely will be coming back alot more for lunch!! Definitely one of the cleanest fast food places I've seen in awhile as well thank you!!“

“Night manager here is an absolute gem of a man(ager). When I visit parents I've made a point of stopping by to pick up some Double Stacks with ketchup only. Not sure how long he's been here, but keep him! Restaurant had been spotty for a few years. No longer!“

“It's hard to beat a Wendy's single meal with a Frosty. I mean what else would you dip your fries into if not a Frosty. If you order with the app on your phone for pickup, you can get some super deals. They just rebuilt the Wendy's here on Front and Main streets. It's well laid out and the parking lot is sooo much better. Inside the store is clean and well kept. The staff here are very friendly.

Parking: The new parking lot is on the East side of the building. You need to access it off of First St.

Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and a decent kiddie menu.

Wheelchair accessibility: With the rebuild, they made it very wheelchair accessible. There are multiple parking spots for wheelchair vans and smooth ramps on the sidewalks. They have automatic doors also“

“Showing some love because I’ve never had an issue at this location.I wanted to shout out the young man who brought my food out to me. He complimented my mustache, which I’ve been self-conscious about (we’ll call it a shaving accident ?).Thanks for doing your jobs and being personable. Not enough of that these days lol“

“My daughter and I stopped in to try the SpongeBob Special Sauce burger. It was simply thousand island dressing and was not worth it. It's unfortunate but I think Wendy's food is just mediocre these days. However the woman taking our order was very friendly and polite. Our food was prepared in a short period of time“

“It was better than the wendys over on Monroe and Detroit as far as food goes. They corrected my kids sandwich, super nice. The "big" bosses came In like 5 deep n started tearing the dinning room apart trash cabinets and all. Staff seemed cool. But apparently there is a uniform shortage and the GM made someone clock out due to lack of uniform. Guy had a good point though , how can u expect someone to have a clean uniform working open to close for a week and not give them more than 1 uniforms.“
